We've been here several times, from peak to early season. Latest was early season.
During peak times, camp is crowded with a lot of activity. They have lots of fun activities for kids planned throughout the day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The sites are not large. The newer part of the campground (top near pool) has some shade. Older parts are very wooded. We have a huge fifth wheel toy hauler and we have never come close to touching a neighbors awning.

I don't believe they have different management. BUT, I can tell you we travel almost 6 hours every year just to go to this campground. We have never experienced anything but a family atmosphere. We always stay in the upper part of the park, near the water park and new store.
