This is a perfect, casual location for those looking for simple, no frills, clean accommodations. It's about a 20 minute walk along Bridge St. to the Main St right, but it can be done comfortably daily. The rooms are basic, but very sufficient. The beds are comfortable. Sheets clean. They include a steam iron, ironing board, keurig machine, and a... More

12 friends and I stayed at the New Hope Lodge after a pool party they hosted for our gay chorus. We all had such a great time! The pool area is very relaxing. The five rooms we had were clean and well appointed. The beds and pillows are very comfy! Drinks at the Cub Room lounge before dinner were perfect.... More

Clean comfortable rooms with very nice decor. From the wood paneling to the old fashioned quilt on the bed the room was lovely. The little back deck was an added surprise. We will definitely be back. Also very well priced.

Seeing the room's wood panels upon entering, TV Classics' Love American Style from the 70s entered my mind. The room was clean and quite large. It looks like the pictures, lamps and ports were updated recently. Carpet stains, low water pressure, and cleaning supply smells were the downsides. But the location was great - nice view out the back, close... More

Tucked into a wooded area off Bridge Street, these cabins are rustic looking outside, comfy and charming inside. Great area to wander through, there's a pool and a pond, the Cub Room open weekends is a delightful off-the-beaten-path lodge-like space with great views. At night, lights on the buildings give what might be a spooky-looking setting a nice welcoming aura.

The New Hope Lodge, formerly Motel In the Woods, is to me what the Masthead in Provincetown, MA is... Truly my Home away from Home. These little units were built in the 1950s and still hold onto the charm and comfort of those wonderful days. My visits are never less than a week, the price is very reasonable, the units... More

From what I'd read, I was scared of shabby accommodations at best, bedbugs at worst. Turns out, it was all just fine. My expectations weren't high, granted. But the Lodge was more or less what I expected: wood paneling amid some trees. The window unit worked just fine, the bathroom was clean. Certainly, it wasn't some kind of horror story.... More

Very clean!! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful about the New Hope area. The bar is a bit small, however very cozy for talking with friends. The cabins are rustic and have a "homeee" feeling. What is great is that the Raven is across street. A great great bar and restaurant.
