Frequently stay during my business trips to Pittsburgh. Rooms are spacious and clean. Check in and check out process very smooth. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel gym could use some new equipments. That is only compliant here.

I agree with most of the reviews. The hotel is clean, updated with nice-sized rooms. It's located within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, etc. You need to either valet your car or park in the public garage down the street. Even though it's a bit expensive for a Courtyard, I would recommend staying here. My only complaints are that... More

The hotel was nice enough inside, room was large, friendly staff. The hot water took some time to adjust and parking was limited in the area. I had no choice but use the valet. $25 in addition to the nightly room rate.

We were just in town for one night for a Steelers game but we enjoyed our stay at this Courtyard. Rooms were clean, spacious and up to date decor and the location was convenient for walkiing to Heinz Field!

The jewel in the crown of this hotel is its staff. They are fantastic! Even before I got here, the staff were super helpful in making changes to my reservation. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. I used the Marriott app to check in, and my room was ready when I got to the hotel. The folks at the... More

Most reviews are correct. This is is a nice hotel. I travel to Pittsburgh often so I have been to many downtown and north shore hotels. I think you can get more at others for the price of this one. Staff are very pleasant. I did come during a Steelers game so the price may have been escalated.

Our last stay was not so good, so we have not been back in a number of years. However, this stay was much better, more of what we expect from Courtyard. Got an upgrade to a very nice suite and the new breakfast area is a nice way to start the day. Key is the front desk and valet personnel... More

All the reviews about the Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown are correct, the hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, bed comfortable, in walking distance to almost everything. If you want to be in the centre of everything, this is a good choice. You can walk and visit museums, shops and theatres. You have a lot of restaurants in this area too. Rooms are good, clean and I enjoyed during my visit.

We stayed for a Pirates game. PNC Park is an easy walk. Our room was really nice. They were a bit backed up at check-in, but it wasn't horrible. As far as we could tell, you're on your own for parking, but there's a reasonably priced garage at the end of the block (9th and Penn). Nice, funky neighborhood.
