Long summer residents of the Poconos, we needed accommodation while here on family estate business. Were very impressed by the Sullivan Train Inn and Suites' new marketing, website and signage. Signed in for two nights, two rooms, left after the first night. No water pressure, unable to shower. Shabby furnishings, depressing interiors, non-working outside light, no in-room coffee in my... We were up there for a wedding and the bride and groom recommended this motel. The room was very clean, wasn't there much because we were out majority of the day but overall had no complaints... would stay there again if we had too.

Staff were not friendly at all. Sign on door says checkin at 3:30, their website says 3:00. Signs say DONT RING BELL before 3:30. We were excited that there was a camp site in the back that you could build a fire and sit out, "no fires bigger that 2feet". Signage was so inappropriate. Two little towels for two adults,... More

Place was clean, but in major need of an update, linens where outdate and worn, the hot water, well lets say it just never got hot. We were definitely not impressed, would not recommend to a worldly traveler.

Room is basic and seemed clean, but bathroom could use some patching up. Old style bedding and room has coffee maker, micro and contrary to an earlier review an air conditioner that worked really well, we had to turn it down. Had to stand on a bench to do it, it is above the fridge and micro. Shower took along... More

The reviews of this venue seem to only be about the rooms, but we rented the cottage for two days while my granddaughter and I attended a convention nearby. We were my granddaughter, age 12, my son, age 43, my grandson, age 8, and my great-nephew, age 10.We all enjoyed our stay 100%. If you're looking for fancy this is... More

Staff was nice and attentive. Rooms are newly furnished but air conditioner sounded like a train. Pool was cloudy-maybe it was after heavy use(I got there about 4 pm) This place is average and worth the price

The good: With the room, you have access to an outdoor pool, volleyball net, basketball hoop, bonfire, and grill. The rooms are spacious and clean and the wifi reception is good. They are generous with their towels. The bad: We were in the end unit and the water pressure was poor, took twice as long to rinse out my hair.... More

We booked this motel thru Booking.com. Our confirmation stated check in was 2pm, even though the motel's webisite stated 3pm. Upon arrival there was a sign on the door that no check ins until after 3:30pm and "don't ring the bell". Upon speaking to the cleaning staff they "schooled" us on Booking.com and how you can't go by what they... More

My father and I booked a room at this hotel months ago for the June race weekend at Pocono Raceway. We were looking forward to staying at a place that was relatively close to the track.
