My partner booked us a hotel room in Reading in order to be near the World War 2 event we were participating in at the Reading Airport. The Rodeway Inn was convenient and seemed adequate , at least to the eyes of the gentleman from Kentucky. When we arrived on the property we found the hotel to be sadly lacking...

You have been warned. A lot of shady characters hanging around. Rooms were disgusting. So bad, we abandoned our third party non-refundable reservation. Always use a third party that shows TripAdvisor ratings.

This hotel was dirty, had yellow pillow cases, dirty stained bathroom with broken shower wall, worn out furniture with burn marks. When returning from making a reservation elsewhere the police were there. Do not stay here.

That being said here is my rating and reasons. o The location was on a business highway yet the side entrance was in a neighborhood of old houses. It wasn't a bad neighborhood. Just old. o...

This motel was essentially disgusting. We had come in from out of town to attend my husband's company holiday party at a nearby restaurant, with the intention of spending the night instead of driving 2.5 hours home in the dark after the party. When we arrived at the motel, my husband checked in without incident. However, on the walk to...
