Glamping at Mill Farm is hot water on tap, comfy beds, snugly duvets and pillows, eggs most days, wifi when needed, rechargeable lanterns for the evenings and fantastic hosts. And for the kids - bunk beds in a mini wooden house inside the lodge, reading bedtime stories by candle light, mini tractors to race around the meadow, a safe environment...and best of all, no electronic games consoles or TV.

I can only say, WOW, WOW, WOW. We have spent the last week celebrating my 60th birthday at the King Arthur's Willow Treehouse. What an amazing place to stay. The whole experience delivered, peace, rest, amazing views, early morning nature watching, champagne breakfast in the hydro bath. We loved that there was no television! We played games and actually spent hours just talking. The treehouse is decorated to a high standard and the furniture is beautifully natural and in keeping with the setting. Farmer Chris was amazing, making sure all was perfect for us. We highly recommend Mill Farm Glamping. We will be returning! Many thanks for making my special birthday even more memorable 💖 Polly and family X

As a family spread across continents we were searching for somewhere suitable for ages 2-72. I stumbled across Mill Farm and emailed Chris for assistance in booking. From the first email contact, the communication was top notch. Friendly, welcoming and informative. On arrival we were met by Chris and given a tour of the farm. There are chickens, goats, ducks and donkeys, a well stocked and well priced honesty shop, rope swing and play house. We stayed in 2 of the canvas lodges that face a field and share a sheltered grassed area as 12 people. This was perfect as we could all keep an eye on the 2yr old whilst enjoying the fire pit. The lodges are well stocked and clean. Comfortable beds, sofa and dining area. We were lucky because it didn't rain but it was COLD. The fire keeps the lodge warm but needs constant checking to make sure it is kept alive. A short walk to the local village pub and a short 15min drive to ASDA or even shorter to the local shop. Activities such as archery, tractor (or some other farm machinery 😂) and donkey rides. ALL NEED TO BE BOOKED. We struggled with wifi but luckily I have loads of data in my piggy bank so hotspotted the young adults for some time. To be honest it was great to have them with their heads out of their phones, looking up, conversing, looking at the stars and interacting. Sunsets to absorb. Fresh air to cleanse the soul. A very well priced, comfortable, friendly, relaxed spot. We WILL be back.…

This was our third visit to Mill Farm, and 2nd time with friends and we love it there. Our kids always have a fantastic time, especially enjoying the hay barn and it's rope swing. It is a safe environment where they can wander around, meet new friends, collect the fresh eggs each morning, go on the Alpaca walks and our Son had a great day with the ride on tractor. We also had some fun with the laser clay pigeon shooting ran by Chris and have learned archery too, from his brother, George. They have always been super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again, thank you.

If you're looking for a unique break somewhere that is quiet, has beautiful views then look no further than Mill Farm located in Poulshot just down the road from Devizes that offers several options for you stay: - treehouse, lodges and the recently open Shire Houses. Our hosts, George and Chris have thought of everything for your stay and are more than happy to help you with any requests you may have. Our stay at the Shire House (Bramblewood) was absolutely fantastic. The Shire Houses influenced by The Hobbit look amazing and the interior is nothing short of spectacular. The amount of detail and thought that has gone into the property is just fantastic. You have a gas fire, heated floors(!), a gorgeous wet room, an outside bbq and spa and the views at sunset and sunrise are breathtaking. You can also walk down to the farm, see the animals and also get fresh laid eggs from the chickens as well. A visit to the local pub The Raven is a must, locally sourced produce which tastes incredible paired with some great ales makes for a very enjoyable evening and you can book a ride there in the Gator (great fun!) which can be booked with the host. If you want a memorable stay at an unique location that will create some fantastic memories then look no further than a stay here. Thank you George, Chris and Lucy for such a wonderful time!…

Wow...what a place. My girlfriends and I stayed in 'The Shire' at the end of September. It honestly was just what we needed. Every little detail was fantastic. George, Chris and family were the best hosts, going out of their way to ensure we had the best stay. The hot tub was a lovely addition to the hobbit house. We had so much fun doing the laser shooting, and the gator taxi was the best way to travel to the local pub for dinner. We are already planning our next break. We can not recommend highly enough. A wonderful place with fabulous friendly hosts. Thank you again - Gemma, Gemma, Emma & Lucy 🙂

Just got back from Bramblewood at Belle Vue Farm. Stayed 4 nights. We had the most amazing weather for October and enjoyed our stay soooo much. What a lovely place, lovely location and great welcome from George. This place has everything. Great lodge. Very quaint and quirky. Set on working farm and has some cute Alpacas, some goats, friendly donkeys, geese plus some wild deer and some owls we heard of a night. The lodge is so quirky and has fantastic quirky hand-made furniture and kitchen. We had great walks across the fields to the local pub (Raven) which had great food. Took about 50 mins across the field and about 20 mins by road to walk back. (the farm does offer a return taxi in the gator but we chose to walk it). Had a go at the archery on Saturday hosted by George. The farm is situated only about a mile and a half from Caen Hill Locks which is a nice little place to walk along the canal side and see the boats going through the locks. We visited Bowood House, had a day out in Bath and also visited the lovely village of Castle Coombe where they filmed Warhorse. All these places are not too far, so the farm is in a great spot. We had a lovely barbeque one night and had a couple of nights in the hot tub, it was fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to a return visit one day. Thanks again from us to George and his family at the farm. …

This was by far the best weekend away we’ve had as a Family (and we are frequent glampers/adventurers!) We spent the weekend in the Willow-wood Shire House with our 2 children aged 8 and 3 and it was simply stunning. The hot tub was also a great hit! From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by George and Chris and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant time. We spent hours playing in they hay bales & the children absolutely loved trying Archery & riding Moto the Donkey. What really made the weekend was the fact the Family were so kind, welcoming & nothing was too much trouble for them. You can tell they love what they do and their positive energy was contagious, meaning we had the best weekend. Thank you so much for helping us make some amazing memories & we will most certainly be returning again soon for another shot at the bullseye! 🥰…

My family & I have just spent a weekend break in King Arthur’s Willow, a fantastic treehouse at the beautiful Mill Farm. The treehouse is absolutely fabulous, with so much attention to detail. Bedrooms were quirky and so comfortable and spacious - we all had the best sleep while we were there. With the cozy fire we were toasty warm and loved the big table in the centre with the tree going up through the middle decorated with pretty twinkly lights. We played games around this in the evening. Luckily the weather was perfect while we were there, we did archery in the morning which was great fun - I hadn’t realised we were all so competitive! In the afternoon after a trip to the local pub The Raven, we walked with the alpacas which was great and gave us the chance to see some of the lovely Wiltshire meadows that make up part of Mill Farm. If you are looking for the perfect antidote for busy life, you will love it here. Our family group was made up of adults and we had such a great time but for children there is plenty of fun to be had with all the animals, donkeys, goats etc but also a play barn that looked lots of fun! Farmer Chris and his team are super welcoming, we loved the laid back feel of the place - at the same time it was evident that Mill Farm is run perfectly, providing all the little extras that make a holiday just right. We hope to return soon. …

What a fantastic place to recharge for afew days. King Arthur’s Willow Treehouse was a complete change from anything we’d stayed in before and has been built and furnished to such a high standard it was a real treat. Watching the alpacas, donkeys and goats has been so relaxing and Chris and his Sisters have been great hosts. The add on of taking Bertie and Arnold the alpacas for a walk just topped off a wonderful few days. We will definitely be back to this lovely tranquil farm again.

I stayed at Mill Farm in the Treehouse a few weeks ago with 4 of my friends, for 3 nights. We had the BEST time! The treehouse was so clean & comfortable, as was the hot tub which we had exclusive use of. We really enjoyed the setting at Mill Farm too, it was lovely being able to see the alpacas, geese, donkeys & goats from our balcony. We also enjoyed an alpaca walk and Farmer Chris took us down to the local pub for Sunday lunch in his gator, which was so fun! Farmer Chris was really friendly & knowledgeable, he greeted us on arrival and was always on hand if we needed anything during our stay. Overall we were all so impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future! Thank you Farmer Chris & the team at Mill Farm! :)
