You can't beat the location of this park. We called for reservations last minute and could be accommodated with a slot that has water and power, but no sewer. It wasn't a problem. We stayed mid park (on grass) and the wifi worked pretty well. The park was clean. I didn't use the bath houses or laundromat so I have...

Well laid out and not too crowded with all facilities and services. Practical distance to Charleston about 20 minutes so very convenient on Route 17. Efficient checkin and friendly service. Next to no traffic or other noise so you get a good nights sleep. Sites are level and required no side to side adjustments. Reasonable price for access to Charleston...

Stayed for one night. Was convenient to downtown Charleston. Spots are tight. No fire ring at the site we had and not really enough room to sit outside without being right next to your neighbor's hookups. If you need to drive your RV into Charleston, the visitor center garage on Meeting Street has a garage with RV spots on the...

Very nice campground as a base for visiting Charleston and Ashley River Area. Close to plantations. A little difficult to get in and out during peak traffic times. Can get hot with no shade if you are assigned a spot like that.

A nice campground, we had a pull through, gravel surfaced and level. Utilities worked well and WiFi was surprisingly strong. Overall cleanliness was good, bathrooms were a bit dated but clean. About 25 minutes into downtown Charleston and relatively close to some of the Ashley River plantations. Not much interaction with staff other than check in which was quick. If...

This park is in a convenient location to visit the Charleston area. The sites are quite large with decent spacing between them, even with people parked on either side. Our site had a level concrete pad to park on with easy access to utilities. There are many trees throughout the park giving it a nice feel. It is right off...

We stayed here while 6 days while in Charleston. We have a large rig (40ft RV + 24ft trailer) and they had plenty of space for us. Very well maintained campground with full hookups. Nice staff, and facilities are kept clean.

We stayed at Oaks Plantation for two nights. Sites were large and level. We stayed in the HH section with water and electric only. Site was partially shaded and grassy. It was very nice. Campground quiet at night. Bathrooms and showers were numerous and clean. Laundry was small but the dryer was powerful so it didn't cost much to do...

This is a very nice campground. Convenient to Charleston, MT Pleasant, Sullivan Islands and lots of historical places to visit. Our site was in the front section because we wanted satellite reception. The site was very long and wide. Long enough to not unhook if needed. The dog park was close by and hugh with a mix of sun and...
