This Inn is an old fashion Inn. I think has to be updating the room, but for one or two days perfect to stay. You have to know it is really old...like old looking beds, furniture, the sink in my room was outside the bathroom. the smell is a little musty or just old smell. But also was AC in...

There are just not enough expression in words for me to explain our stay at @ Meeting Street Inn! The Inn has so much charm that my heart could hardly take it in! The history behind the Inn is a beautiful story and reflected in the love and care given to the Inn. I can't think of a singe question...

From our room overlooking the fountain, to the close proximity of town and the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening - this place was the best. We are looking forward to returning! Everything was within walking distance. In July it was quite hot, but we were close enough to everything that we would just duck in, get a drink...

While it's hard to argue with the location and there is a certain charm to the four-poster beds, the rooms are sadly in need of updating. As others have mentioned, paint is in bad condition and the thing that bothered me most is that the lighting in the rooms is extremely poor. Installing an overhead light on the ceiling to...

It was really below average, but I didn't have the heart to give it that rating because we have a sentimental attachment to this Inn. We have always preferred to stay here. We stayed here for NYE and NYD and were given a room on the 3rd floor, standard queen. The mold issues were visible around the door jam, ceiling...

We were disappointed in this hotel choice. It is really in need of sprucing up. Everything is rather run down. The rooms are quite charming with four poster beds and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels were very white and soft. I found a piece of chocolate chip cookie on the floor next to my bed and quite...

The Meeting Street Inn has a perfect location to get around all the important and fun places to visit in Charleston. The great location is only one of the advantages-there is a nice morning breakfast from 7-10, nightly happy hour from 5-7pm with wine and cheese with a fabulous courtyard and the staff is extremely helpful in guiding to local...

Stayed with my family at the Meeting Street Inn and had a great time. The location can be beat. We were able to park our car and walk to all the sites in Charleston. Meeting Street has charm and character. Breakfast every morning was very good and freshly prepared. Complementary coffee and tea was available at all times. Lemonade and...

We had an awesome post-Thanksgiving weekend stay at the Meeting Street Inn. We've stayed in historic Charleston several times before and the location of this hotel is the best by far. The hotel is quite old but matches the theme of the area. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast was also great and included hot items-shrimp and grits one...

The best things about this small inn is its location being only steps away from all of the central historic sights and to the daily market place. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with answering our questions. The room we were in was adequate. The beds were a bit soft for us causing us to sag...
