We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the fire alarm was beeping and once because the carpet was soggy wet. All three rooms had a damp moldy odor. The people were friendly and the breakfast was good.

This is not a complete review because this is not a pet friendly hotel so we didn't stay there. My husband and I were traveling through Georgetown with our two dogs and needed a place for the evening. There is conflicting information on their website and I wanted other travelers to be aware. The receptionist on the phone was very...

We got one of the newly upgraded rooms with a comfortable bed, microwave, and small refrigerator. The room was clean. The pool was closed (not that we were wanting to use it). The breakfast area was spacious with a very good selection of breakfast food.Coffee was bad, but it is everywhere except at the Starbucks in major cities. I have...

The steps and walkway leading to rooms don't have lights at night and need major maintenance. Our non-smoking room smelt strongly of smoke and we had smoke coming in from the bathroom vents. The rooms were very tatty and need major maintenance. No coffee provided on the second and third days we stayed there, had to get coffee from the...

We stayed here while traveling through the area. Recent renovations such as exterior paint have made a great improvement. For the money, this is a good deal. Rooms need an upgrade as they were designed pre-electronic gadget needs. Very clean and a very helpful staff. Our room was street side so we did hear the periodic big rig, but all...

This was my third visit to this property, all on business trips. The first two stays were marginal but acceptable. This time I was given a a room that was in poor condition & it also caused an allergic mold response. I went back to the front desk and changed rooms. The second room was no better so I checked...

New Year's weekend we decided spur of the moment to go to Charleston and took a drive up Hwy 17. Lucky us. We simply picked the Quality Inn because we had seen a sign for it as we approached Georgetown and had a really nice experience. It was very evident that the room had recently been totally renovated. I felt...

One of the nicer QI's I've stayed at. One night visit to see an old friend who moved nearby. Convenient to Hwy 17, historic Georgetown, beaches. Well kept room with mini fridge and MW. Usual amenities. Simple breakfast with eggs, sausage, pastries, juice, coffee, etc. Large breakfast seating area.

We stopped here on our way to Charleston since the roads were closing because of the flooding. They gave us a room on the first floor which we quickly switched out of. It had black mold on the walls and the ceiling was ready to fall in. It smelled awful and looked really creepy. I was surprised they would even...
