We stayed in a Turtle Cove villa and it was perfect. The unit had everything we needed and had plenty of room. The resort staff was amazing and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful. Make sure you rent bikes because there are miles of trails and a hard packed sand beach to ride on. Overall, a great experience.

This is the fourth year that we have spent Thanksgiving in Kiawah. I definitely see we us spending our fifth Thanksgiving in 2017. This was a first time visit for family members and to say they were impressed is an understatement. The resort is fantastic. Enough for the kids to do as well as the adults. We stay at the... More

This was our second time on Kiawah Island. We could see that the staff had worked hard to clear up debris and repair damage from Hurricane Matthew. Although our villa unit was an older one, it had everything we needed and was well maintained. The island shuttle bus got us quickly to all our different destinations. We spent some time... More

The villas are privately owned with some managed Kiawah Resort. I recommend staying in one managed by the Resort so resort privileges will be available. They also have criteria for condos ok their plan.

We were here for a wedding. Spent two nights at the Villas. We had booked a 1 bedroom condo but when we arrived we were told our unit needed a repair so we were upgraded to a two bedroom. We were located at the Tennis Club Villas. It was a nice central location. It was not a very busy time.... More

We stayed in one of the Kiawah Island Villa's for 4 nights. Don't be fooled by the name Villa, you are looking into a 1 bed room condo close to the beach with full or partial ocean view. The condos are fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, etc. so if you plan to cook your own meals, etc. this is... More

Rooms were good, could use some insulation in the walls. Our neighbors had gas and upstairs people sounded like horses. The beach and sunrise were beautiful. I would go again but would opt for top floor.

We rented a two bedroom villa for the weekend and it was amazing. We wanted to spend some time in Charleston, but also some of the areas around the lower part of the state. This was a good in between pause the rate was comparable to hotel in downtown Charleston, but we had so much more room and a full... More

Our breast cancer dragon boat team visited Charleston for a festival and rented 5 villas of different sizes at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Best choice we could have made. The accommodates were fantastic, peaceful and enjoyable. We had everything we needed. Plenty of room which was very well arranged. Clean and comfortable. The only problem was the signage for the... I check in for a two night weekend stay at The Seascape Villas #3582. I was in town photographing a wedding at the ocean course, after a 12 hour day I get back to my villa at 10:30 p.m. only to find that my key card won’t open the door. They send someone with a new key card, still doesn’t... More
