We stayed at Roxanne Towers for the month of November. It is in a great location right on the ocean and close to the boardwalk and many stores and restaurants. All of the units are ocean front with large balconies. The units have a full kitchen, a separate bedroom with a king

Great location near broadwalk. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen w/ washer and dryer. the furniture is showing a little wear and tear, but still ok. the staff is always helpful and friendly. one downside but not their fault was the next lot over was building a new hotel

We visited Myrtle beach a couple of weeks ago. I was interested in purchasing a condo and had narrowed my search to Roxanne Towers, The Camelot and a couple others. We ended up staying at the Camelot and looking at several units and we also looked at units in Roxanne towers.

We have been staying at Roxanne Towers for 10+ years- since before kids. They are always friendly, kind, and helpful, plus the coffee in the lobby each morning is a bonus. You cannot go wrong with Roxanne!

We are regulars at the Roxanne and will continue to stay there during our annual vacation to Myrtle Beach. I have reviewed it a couple times in the past - all very positive reviews as most visitors state: clean rooms, friendly staff, close proximity to the centre of Myrtle Beach

Not that I recall on a lounge, but there are plenty lively ones within easy walking distance. Walking anywhere is safe.

My husband and I were there for a week the last week in August. We went out every night and were able to always park in the lot right in front of the hotel doors. I have been before where we had to use the lot directly across the street. The parking directly in front and the open lot across the road is one of the reasons we choose this location. I am uncomfortable in parking garages. This is open and just a few steps across the road. We usually came in around 10 everynight and we always felt safe. The only time I felt unsafe is the last night we walked about 6 blocks down to the skywheel area and it felt unclean and a lil scary. You should be fine in the area directly by Roxanne.

I love the balcony. I sit out there a lot. Never paid attention to who was next to me. Has the ocean to look at.

The new hotel (Hilton) being built direclty south of the certainly casts a shadow on the beach adjacent to the Roxanne. I’m not certain if this changes with the season but in late August the shadow begins around 5 pm (earlier in the pool area). This is a relief for some in sweltering hot/sunny days (no different from an umbrela and the sun is still shining in the ocean). The other option - for now - is to set up your umbrella slightly south of the Roxanne, behind the new hotel, and you’ll get a longer duration of sun. Keeping in mind that this is what most hotel visitors have to deal with in areas with hotels side-by-side. Roxanne dwellers have been fortunate for the past few years!
