We are calling it the toaster hotel...bring your own bread! They have a toaster but that's it. No bread you have to provide your own, plus the butter or whatever else you may want. NO BREAKFAST is provided people! The two entrance door signs, "these doors are locked for your safety," no they are not, don't need a key to...

Sioux Falls was full, I wish I had kept driving. No service, no coffee or anything in room or for breakfast, TV wouldn't work correctly, walls were super thin. I could just keep going on . I paid $162, worth about $50. One of my 5 worst motel experiences ever and I have had a lot. 30 years worth!

Several of my family stayed at this motel over the 4th of July. The hotel is now under new management. The new owners are very friendly and helpful. It is not a top of the line motel, but we found it to be clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. The owner told me he is doing everything possible to...

The odor of cooking greeted us when we waked in the lobby...Vending machine empty, ice machine out of order...no coffee in room, three K Kleenex in holder, no extra blankets, spread only covered one third of the bed, towels threadbare, WI FI connection of weak strength so couldn't use my laptop. End of March and can't imagine what it would...

Paid $160 to stay here when all other hotels in the Sioux Falls area were booked. Wish we had kept driving. The rooms were clean enough, but everything else was sub standard. No blow dryers in the room, and only small plastic packets of shampoo. Only two pillows in a room with 2 queen beds. Our reservation said it included...

They don't even have soap or shampoo in their rooms and when my veteran father in law checks in at 2 am from a long drive they still charge $189 for 8 hours and refuse to give even some sort of veteran discount! They refused to give a refund after 2 mins even when the sign says refund within 15...

It was a LATE COLD SNOWY night and it appeared there wasn't a place to stay close by so we stopped. Walked in the door and the terrible smell hit me. Smelled like somebody was cooking but the smell was horrible. The lobby was on the dark side. Price was high, but... Got to the room and it was FREEZING...

Two star motel at four star hotel price. Rooms fairly clean light, bulbs missing,no coffee pot in room, towels very thin. Room rates at over $90.00 dollars a night and stale donuts in the morning. Would have to be an emergency to stay there again mostly because of price a know it is listed at 40 to 60 a night

Looks like they are getting a bad rap, reading some of the previous reviews, but that has not been our experience. My mother & I stayed here for 4 nights in July, during 2 separate visits. Both times, we slept comfortably on the beds, the rooms were clean, had lots of light if curtains were open (which we liked) and...
