I have a lot of positives for this hotel: location, cleanliness, good breakfast, friendliness of the staff. The only bad experience I had was the bed was very firm. Very bad night's sleep. Other than that, a good stay.
The hotel in Nashville/Brentwood delivered the typical high quality and value that I've come to expect from Hampton Inn. Being adjacent to I-65 on the south side of the city, access to downtown Nashville was relatively easy and quick.
just know that left of lobby the rooms have train tracks and they do run all night, did have a hard time getting internet service but finally got on after third person helped me, nice place outside of Nashville
This is a great hotel. Good location and very quiet. Only a few minutes from everything. Will definitely stay again. Free breakfast and warm cookies are always a plus. Good food within minutes from this hotel. Reasonably priced also.
From the moment we checked in the staff at the Hampton was fantastic! Kristin greeted us with a smile and helped us with a glitch in our stay and immediately got us into our rooms which were fantastic. Over the next couple days she would be nice enough to help choose the best…
"Don't get room 422"
"Check in the day before to choose your room."
"We were close to the elevator on the first floor and heard the occasional partier yelling at 2 and 3 am."
"If noise bothers you, ask for a room that isn't facing the highway"
"Request LL rooms if you have pets for easy access out!"
