Work has been long and tiring and I decided it was time for a day off and a trip out of town. I have wanted to get to Chattanooga and do some exploring for some time now. So we took the chance and headed up this past weekend (4/10) to stay at the Bluff View Inn. My daughter and son-in-law...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting his parents in Chattanooga, and we were just blown away by how beautiful, comfortable and accommodating the inn was! Richard at reception was incredibly friendly and kind and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect! We chose to upgrade to one of inn's suites...

We've always wanted to stay here, and splurged on the CG Martin room ($50 extra for a balcony with a great view of the river facing east, and the rather noisy highway bridge nearby), and it was really cool. We happened to go on a night the restaurant downstairs was closed, which made it more quiet - might be noisier...

Would very much recommend this friendly hotel in a few historic buildings very nearby to each other with a stunning view over the river from the Bluff View around the corner. We had a suite which was enormous and had fantastic Victorian-style decor. You get a voucher for an excellent breakfast in the lively Rembrandt’s cafe next door. It’s a...

We came up to Chattanooga for an overnight romantic getaway and we choose the Bluff View Area for our trip. We ended up staying over night in the Bryan Room located in the Maclellan House. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the river. The inn keepers were very courteous and attentive to all our needs....

Beautiful room and incredible views. We parked our car and walked to or took Chattannoogas electric buses everywhere. You eat your breakfast at a cafe just up the street. The art district has several shops, places to eat, and a bakery. The city has some fun things to do.

Chattanooga has been a favorite point to stop and/or visit for many years. We have stayed at several B&B's here but have settled on Bluff View for most stays because of it's quality, location and a room we love (Newell Room in Thompson House). We will be there in same room in April of this year (2016) as an intermediate stop...

We arrived at Bluff View in the early evening. Georgia greeted us, checked us in, then showed us to our room. She explained the local area, the history of the Inn and the line of owners and then gave us a brief overview of what to expect in the area. Later that evening, when she was refreshing the beverage area...

If you want an escape, this is the place! My boyfriend and I arrived at 3pm at check in and never left the Bluff View property until check out the next day. We chose the C.G. Martin room in the Martin House and it was amazingly perfect! Large room with appropriately large, comfy king 4 post bed, antique furnishings, gas...

My mother and I arrived to visit a family member in Chattanooga and it was more convenient to stay locally. We were fortunate to stay at the Bluff View Inn. We initially stayed on the 3rd floor in the Moses room. It was cozy and quiet except for the vent above the bed when the heat was running; it made...
