Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here impromptu with our two dogs during a long road trip and it was so nice to stay in a room that didn’t smell moldy or smokey. Very comfortable. Nice they had a mowed area for the dogs too

I was returning from a Casting Crowns concert in Ky, heading to NC and was exhausted. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this jewel in Crossville. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean in a no fuss way. The shower was wonderful!!!!! That was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had! Very impressed!

This motel was somewhat clean on inside but outside of the building and the parking lot was trashy, unkempt, and extremely noisy at night. The Room heater didn't work at all and it was in upper 30' s at night. When it was reported to the office, it was passed off saying they'd have it looked at the next morning. Refused to Refund my money back and I had to go to the Red Roof Inn across the interstate. I don't recommend this Motel to Anyone.

This place was fairly clean but the worst bed I've ever been in paid for two night but left after the first the bed was so hard and the springs were awful. There were a few shady looking people hanging out outside looked like permanent residents

Upon check-in, I was met by a grouchy old woman with a tee shirt on that had a negative message. Upon seeing my license and that I came from NY, she felt the need to tell me that she was never as far as NY, and didn't plan on ever being. I told her that was a great idea. The room was rundown, but surface clean. The bathroom was just frightening, as the walls and all around the bathtub and in the soap holder, were filled with black mold and mildew. I couldn't check out early enough. Never again. Ever.

This hotel is clean and well maintained, it is however dated. It is close to the highway, many restaurants and others points of interest. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous. The room was large and clean with a table and one chair and a television. No complaints as this place should not be missed for the price. A great value for the money.

We were driving late one night and found this hotel on Hotels.com. It had a 3/5 rating so for the price and location (right off the interstate) we stopped. When we checked in we were talking about getting water out of the vending machine in the lobby. The clerk heard us but said nothing. She knew the machine was sold out. We had to ask twice to get our money back. The room was nasty - hair in sheets. Mold on the wall and ceilings. The bathroom light didn't work- so we had to take a flashlight with us or leave the door open. The outside door had a huge gas around it. So much we had to love the table in front. If it. I wouldn't let my kids walk without shoes and made them up tie clothes in a sack when they changed. Overall it was disgusting. I would not tell anyone to stop here. 😡

The lady at the front desk said they were remodeling. That was not a problem. The room itself was clean. The bathroom...well...I cleaned the tub out wishing I had bleach. The tub had mildew all around the tub and on the wall. I don't think This had anything to do with remodeling! This place has Direct TV...so it stormed. Yep you got it no TV for most of the evening time. I can say the bed was clean free from bed bugs! Comfy and slept like a baby. Will I stay there again...probably not. You get what you pay for! Cheap yep cheap!

I checked in on 1/11/16 at 4:48 am paid for two nights totaling $218 for two rooms. I went to work on 1/11/16 worked came in not a problem except for the noise and the dirty rooms. On 1/12/16 I awoke to load voices and laughing called front desk they said it's 7 am nothing they can do. So I just let it go and started my day, as I returned that evening from work my wife informs me I owe money or have to leave. So I went to front desk to see what was going on there I meet a very rude lady but she listened to me printed my receipt out again on the re kept it had my check in time and date as 1/10/16 4:48am..As I stated earlier I arrived on 1/11/16 and was not informed at the time of check in that my first day paying rooms was only for 2 hrs 12 min. I was extremely upset I don't stay in motels often so had no clue of this policy. So long story short the got me, but never again I would not recommend this place to a homeless guy should of left first day when I seen the used needles and drug paraphernalia laying in grass. Very dirty staff real disrespectful total 0 from me... Tim Springfield ohio
