We were in Jonesborough for the Christmas progressive dinner by the Historic Alliance for the third year. This was my first time at the Inn. It was wonderful! It was a "girls' weekend" and we had 3 rooms. We stayed in the Jury Room which was awesome and perfect for the 6 of us to get together and laugh and...

These ladies were great guests!! The inn is a wonderful setting for Girl's Fest. Maybe we can do something about the comfort of those Murphy wall beds before the next one. Thanks for the heads-up and good luck with your white towels!!

We have stayed at Historic Eureka Inn multiple times and look forward to each return. The Inn is always clean, friendly, and very comfortable. Maria is dependably accomodating with a wealth of knowledge of activities in the surrounding tri-city area. She can help make your stay as quiet or as loud as you like. It is a truly memorable stay.

Nowhere will you find a cleaner more Earth-friendly hotel so perfectly situated near the outdoor play ground of East Tennessee and North Carolina. We discovered Jonesborough, TN a few years ago while visiting family in the area, fell in love with this wonderful Inn that has all the warmth comfort and charm you would want to find in and old...

Recently a large group of us stayed at the Inn for a conference. We had to be up early and travel to our workshop. The description of the inn says that coffee and perhaps a small continental breakfast might be available. I was a little disappointed on the first morning that coffee was not available and went through town searching...

We loved our stay at the Eureka Inn! It has been beautifully restored so that it has all the modern conveniences, but still has an old time atmosphere. The innkeeper, Maria, was friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the Eureka Inn.

Recently, we went to Asheville (which we loved) and then back through Jonesborough and Dandridge to our own wonderful town (Cookeville, TN). If you get a chance to enjoy the beauty and the hospitality of that area, JUST DO IT. Storytelling in Jonesborough and a theatre which unfortunately did not have a performance when we were there would make for...

Did you know that Jonesborough is Tennessee's oldest town? Neither did I. I'm from Nashville. Every year a friend and I pick a different place to visit over Labor Day. Helen, GA; Asheville, NC; Tampa, FL; Gatlinburg, TN. This year it was Jonesborough. I had seen a couple of online ads about the 14 best little towns to visit in...

When I heard about Historic Jonesborough, TN I had to check it out. The oldest town in TN & the home of the Storyteller Center. My search on Trip Advisor led me to several places for lodging, I selected the Historic Eureka Inn on Main Street. I so glad I did. Clean, quiet (with the exception of the train traffic)...

My sister and I stayed here on a cross-country road trip, and had a great experience! Our hostess was incredibly gracious and waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected (10:30 pm). The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and they're very conscious of being environmentally friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious (the innkeeper gives...

Jonesborough is a bit of a sleepy historic town. But it is full of nostalgia, old time candy store, music in the street, antique stores, wonderful restaurants and cafe's and you can walk from the Eureka Inn to everything. On Saturday mornings in the summer you can enjoy a local farmers market set up in the center of town. Brick...
