On a trip south we ditched the idea of one night in a hotel and found this out of the way retreat for two nights. OUTSTANDING! This was our 98th different B&B in over 40 years of travel. It goes right up our list to the top 10 tier. There are no stairs, not even steps to access the charm...

We've been on a 2 week road trip staying in six B&B's over eight states and this was the the best view, great hospitality and a very enjoyable stay. Magnificent setting! Thank you Jerry & Earl for a wonderful stay.

We were privileged to stay 3 nights at the B & B. The setting is rural East Tennessee, and the view from the deck, high about the French Broad River, is sweeping. We enjoyed wonderful, home cooked breakfasts and delightful conversation with other travelers and the hosts. The accommodations were clean, well stocked, and very thoughtfully appointed. The nights are...

We booked a weekend here and had a lovely visit. The hosts Jerrie & Earl are friendly and enjoyable hosts. The room was very comfortable and the separate entrance was a great feature. There are two rooms, we had the Tennessee Room with a king bed. There is a fabulous wrap around deck with a spectacular view of the river...

This wonderful bed and breakfast definately has the 'wow' factor, from the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you take in the breathtaking views of the river from the balcony. Earl and Jerrie made us feel so welcome and we certainly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts in the morning. We stayed in the Tennessee room, with private en-suite...

A beautiful setting with great hospitality. Breakfast was incredible. If you go please think about staying for than one night. I recommend you planning on taking advantage of the canoes they have available to go down the river, too.

We stayed here for two lovely nights during a trip to Knoxville in early December. The B&B sits on a bluff with a wonderful view of the river and of the fields on the other side. The location is peaceful and silent, and we were glad we'd chosen to stay in the country. It's close enough to Knoxville that getting...

We played a tennis tournament in Knoxville a few weeks ago and are always looking for a place to stay besides a hotel room. I was glad we found this place. A spectacular view. All of our friends loved the pics we posted on Facebook. The rooms were super cozy and comfortable. The beds slept great. Jerry and Earl were...
