As a musician I get to stay at many hotels every year. We were on our way to Florida from Ohio and stopped in Knoxville for the night. I was very pleased with the overall stay. Not only did they allow me to park a van full of expensive equipment next to the hotel entrance to save us the trouble...

It's a nice hotel. My room was clean and the continental breakfast was good. The staff was the highlight. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly. Rosanna and Connor were particularly very helpful to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was in for a pleasant surprise last week with my 5 day stay here. I have been to Best Western's before with none particularly interesting. This one was different though...very clean large well appointed rooms. The linen and bed impeccably clean. Good front desk folks who always carry a smile and wish you every time. Nothing of great interest...

I didn't have high hopes for this property after blind booking on a discount site, as I could tell it was an older location. HOWEVER, upon arrival I was delightfully surprised by my experience. Yes, the property is older, however, it is impeccably clean! The breakfast was a full, hot, cooked breakfast with a great selection of cold options as...

We stayed here one night with our family on the way to Florida and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel is nicely located close to the highway, and still hidden enough to be removed from the noise of the close by restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely attentive to all our needs (even got some cookies for the kids...

advertised price was great, but when went to book it jumped to $107 a night for 3 nights, then 10% discount and a courtesy hospital rate. but that's still $94 a night and it looks like a handicapped room was more.

I had a pleasant stay here. I drove through a driving rainstorm and I was looking forward to quiet night. I certainly found that and more. The women working the front desk recommended the Parkside Grill. It was close by and the food was good. To top that off she had a discount coupon. Thank you.

Very clean, friendly and quite hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants and hotels. Beds and pillows were comfy and breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again and recommend. All the amenities are provided for free, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash.

Stopped here on way to Florida. Friendly staff. The accessible room we had was perfect. Roomy, clean. Loved the spacious bathroom, grab bars, shower, tall commode, very accommodating to our needs. Towels fluffy. Nice breakfast bar. Coffee, tea 24hrs. A keeper, so recommend highly.
