We had our wedding here on the 27th December, from the 1st time we contacted the hotel in relation to having our wedding here we knew we wanted to go with them. The management & staff couldn't do more for us. Nothing was a problem. Sue the wedding coordinator was always a phone call or email away & everything was...

We have been here multiple times and the food is always of good quality . The issue can be the staff . Examples - forgetting to bring drinks , request for no mushroom with steak and getting no sauce and no onions but extra mushrooms . We had a party here in November and found a particular member of staff...

I stayed in the Lord Bagenal for a night over the Christmas. It was a very pleasant stay. The bed was large and very comfy, and the room was clean and cosy. The staff were helpful and friendly and the service was efficient. I enjoyed the breakfast are, it overlooked the water and we were in no rush to leave....

Review of the restaurant only, not the hotel. Went for a family dinner and food service was not to the standard I have come to expect of The Lord Bagenal over the years. Selecting fries over mash, and then the mash arrives. When changed for the fries, I regretted not staying with the mash, as the fries were just so...

This is a family run hotel with a very personal touch evident in the furnishings and the friendliness of the staff. Leighlinbriidge is a small town on the river Barrow and close to the towns of Carlow, Naas, Kilkenny and the east coast. The hotel located on the riverbank has thirty nine bedrooms with hand picked rosewood furniture imported directly....
