Stayed here a few weeks ago, with my husband and two small kids. From the moment we arrived till the moment we departed, we were treated with such warm hospitality. From our guest Trace and Kieran. We stayed in the cow shed. Such a beautiful place. Bright spacious and warm. The brown bread in our lovely welcome basket was divine.... More

Stayed in here in the summer of 2014 for one week and absolutely enjoy. The lady that show us the house had excellent costumer skills. The best part of staying in here is when you get up in the morning and if you like to have breakfast in the balcony you might have to share it with a couple od... More

We (myself, husband a 2 children age 6yr+7yr) stayed in the cowshed in July 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, we were welcomed on arrival and found tea/milk/butter and fresh scones waiting for us! Therese was very helpful with advising us places to visit, we also found a folder in the house with flyers for lots of different places... More

I stayed in the Henhouse Apartment last week 03/08/2013 for a week with my husband and three kids aged 8, 4 + 2. It was a fantastic place to stay and is a real credit to Therese and Ciaron. The are the most welcoming and hospitable people I have ever encountered. We had a few wee teething problems when we... More

Therese & Ciaran are a lovely welcoming couple who made our long stay of 3 months very enjoyable. We (2 of us) stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom and bathroom were really large but the sitting room was very small, with room for only 2 to sit. The kitchen was perfect and equipped with everything! We loved looking... More

Stayed for 2 nights Fri and Sat for a long w/e with my partner and our 1 year old child. This is a great place to spend few days in total relaxation. It's friendly, welcoming, nice and clean. It took us less than 1 hour to drive from Dublin. This is definitely a place to return to!

Duffy's of Ballybin is a fabulous place to stay with the nicest hostess we have met. If you need anything Therese is there to help. This is a place to enjoy the countryside, central to many attractions to see and go. We enjoyed the scones upon arrival and all the extras that we available to us. Just be sure to... More

We were emigrating back from London to Ireland and we needed a short term let but not a house where landlords needed references etc., and we had to stay for at least six months taking up all the bills. We rented the cowshed with our two children for a few months and we needed to extend our stay so Therese... More

Duffys is a nice little farm with three rentals available. Therese can't do enough to help you, and the fresh scones when you arrive are a welcome treat. This is a good location, not too far from Dublin and easy to reach many of the sites in the area. The sheep were grazing right outside our window and it is... More

Duffys of Ballybin has got three apartments. We lived in the henhouse, a spacious, well equipped apartment with beautiful furniture, a good mixture of old and new. When we looked outside, there was countryside with some sheep and other animals, some of them very funny. It's only a short drive to Ashbourne with very good shopping oppportunities. And: Duffys of... More
