We stayed here for Valentine's Night and the Saturday night too. It's just gorgeous, with underfloor heating and a great stove in the living room and the kitchen and bathroom have all mod cons whilst retaining period details. Maro (the keyholder) was very patient as our arrival time kept changing due to weather conditions and showed us around the property...

Had a wonderful time in this gem of Victorian architecture. The stove was well used as the weather was very chilly! Felt like a special place, the lodge has a personality of its own. Great places to visit nearby. Highly recommend.

Salterbridge is a restored gatelodge and is owned by the Irish Landmark Trust. It sleeps 2 adults (and a baby as we proved) and is a most unusual layout, being an octagonal shaped building. It has underfloor heating throughout, great antique furniture, a fabulous stove in the living room and some great old books to read. The property is 6km...

Spent the long weekend there & found it very relaxing. Nice place, lovely fire. Recommend Richmond House for dinner (do book) & Foley's in Lismore. Another very good ILT property - and this won't be our last!
