We were really lucky to find this place in an area that seemed a bit dull and slightly dodgy at first glance.

The B&B was very clean and decently priced. We were given room number 2, which looked out onto trees and the stream running past, and it was wonderful to leave the windo

"Any choice should please you fine."
"If you need a place to stay highly recommended, a family run B&B, stunning location."
"I was in a room on the brook side of the house, listening to the babbling of the little brook with the window open during the night was so calming and peaceful."
"Great room overlooking the babbling brook with lovely old world charm. Room 2 I think."
"All the Rooms are comfortable...if you prefer ensuite room there is 1 room at the front of the 2nd floor that overlooks the castle ruins and the Shannon in the distance and another room at the side of the house that overlooks the river...nice sounds from the river in the cool nights."
