Just back from a lovely stay at the Beau Rivage. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, showed us into our parking space across the road from the hotel. Check in very quick and easy. Lift up to our floor, apartment consisted of bedroom with twin beds, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, 2 large wardrobes and 2 balconies. A very useful welcome pack with milk, butter, cheese, eggs, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit, fudge, shortbread and bottles of water. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, cooker and fridge freezer. D/Washer tabs and washing up liquid included, also had wipes and tissues. The view from the balcony is stunning with the whole of the bay and the sound of the sea before you. We can’t comment on the sofa bed as we didn’t use it. We found the Hotel to be very quiet after 10pm and had the best sleep. Some lovely walks around St Brelades and it very well situated for trips to all the other beauty spots. There is a small sun deck for residents. The bar and restaurant is open to all and serves great cocktails and food. Staff are very helpful with all the local knowledge and recommendations to make sure you get the most from your Jersey stay.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world but have never had the exceptional service and hospitality as staying here. Elizabeth the manager was there to help at every step. If I could give 6 stars I would. From the moment I arrived with my disabled parents and own family we were greeted with big smiles and complimentary chocolates at reception. Our apartments were fully equipped with dishwasher, dining furniture, complimentary shampoos and the like. We also were blown away by the welcome packs in each apartment. These consisted of fresh fruit, milk, Jersey biscuits, bread, butter, cheese and white wine. I honestly forget the rest. Everything we could need was catered for from dishwasher tablets to fairy liquid and tea towels. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor serve excellent food. There is a family room for the kids consisting of dvds, games and books. The views were amazing.

I honestly cannot praise Elizabeth enough. This is how you do excellent customer service.

Would certainly visit the beau rivage hotel again we went with friends and stayed in two bed apartment both bedrooms had ensuite facilities and also separate toilet and shower. The sitting area and kitchen were great although we only had breakfast and ate out in the evening. We had a room with a small balcony looking or st brelades bay which was stunning . Staff were very helpful friendly .

I Booked these apartments in February 2021 for a Birthday Staycation in May 2021. I didn’t actually get to stay as 2 weeks before I was due to stay I got a phone call to say they had just had confirmation of a private party 2 days prior so I wouldn’t be able to use the restaurant or bar on the Saturday. My money had been taken as soon as I booked in February. They accepted this private party after taking my money. Manageress thought that trying to book us in another hotel was enough and acceptable even though we had booked an apartment with them. She just refunded my money and that was it. Very Rude. Be very careful when booking these apartments in case they get a better offer

Stayed in April to visit family and was so impressed we returned in July. Cleanliness hospitality, view and relaxed atmosphere. Everything to like. Spent time walking the coast also a great couple of days sipping drinks in the sun on the balcony with gentle music in the background. Will definitely be back.

Decided to have lunch here on a day out to St Brelade. We had whitebait and chips and a feta cheese salad. Massive portions of really tasty food. Advertised as starters, but actually main courses. Whitebait was fresh, piping hot chips and a huge bowl of salad with lots of ingredients. Excellent value for money and good service.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Beau Rivage, self catering apartments.Amazing apartment, lounge, bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen with lots of basic groceries provided. Two bathrooms as well. Staff very helpful in respect of bringing our luggage up to our third floor apartment and collecting it on the day of our departure. Also worth a mention the very helpful and efficient manager Elizabeth who pointed us in the right direction for the buses, as well as supplying us with bottled water.

This hotel was really conveniently located 5mins taxi from the airport.

St Brelade's Bay is beautiful and the views onto the beach from the bar are great.

The rooms are very well maintained and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

Would really recommend this as a place to stay. There are convenient ways to get all over the island, and the local restaurants and beach are great.

StBrelades Bay is a beautiful place with a long sandy beach, and our sea view balcony apartments had the most magnificent view. The apartment was well equipped and spacious.
The restaurant food was good.
The staff were extremely helpful, considerate and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.

Thank you for a great holiday

The apartment was a little "retro" but very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. We had 2 lovely balconies overlooking the beautiful beach/sea. We were greeted by the lovely Elizabeth who was excellent from time of booking through to the end of our stay. In the apartment we were left milk, butter, bread, biscuits, fudge waters and wine!
We rented a car and always found a space in the carpark owned by the hotel. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but plenty of places along the beachside to choose from.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hi Jude. Whilst there are toiletries provided these are the usual size you will find in most hotels and I have to say they are very pleasant and much better than many I have come across. I think they were called Duck Island. Enjoy your stay you won’t be disappointed. Andy
