Been here before and wasn’t disappointed. Same courteous service by all staff as last time. Room lovely and poolside, Prosecco on arrival, and wine left in our room. Hope to be back for our 25th wedding anniversary next May

Spent 4 days in this beautiful place with my sister, in one of the contemporarily kitted out Terrace Mews. Couldn't fault it! Full use of the hotel facilities came with our package (there is an outside pool for warmer months) - we loved the beamed lounge and enjoyed pre-dinner drinks there. We were so well looked after by the staff at all times, and the two evening meals we had in the restaurant, with a changing locally sourced menu and fine wines, were excellent. Lovely ambience too. We had booked our breakfasts with the accommodation package which was really good value, and each morning was as a treat ,with the buffet and the cooked offerings. Hotel La Place is conveniently placed on the No. 9 Liberty bus route which means the island can be explored easily, and it is a 20 minute walk along quiet lanes in to St. Aubin. There is also a courtesy car service for airport pick up, and runs into town. A real touch of luxury, and we would thoroughly recommend staying - thank you, Hotel La Place…

One of the very best hotels for facilities, food and service we have experienced. We were welcomed in exceptional style with a tour of all the public areas, restaurant, bars and outdoors. Our room was spacious, clean and well cared for with all the facilities needed including a large bed, small fridge and safe. As well as a comprehensive continental selection there was a very good range of cooked breakfasts available. The dinners were excellent, with a different selection of meals daily and brilliant table service. A good menu of bar food was also available. Highly recommended!

We stayed in one of the cottages with our three primary school aged children. The cottage was luxurious and had everything we needed for the week. The children loved the pool and it was great how it was open all day. The location is good, very quiet but just a short drive to lots of great restaurants and beaches . The staff were friendly and easy to contact if needed. We have already booked for next year. We haven’t tried the restaurant but reading the great reviews will probably try it next time. If you want a family friendly holiday with a pool I can highly recommend La Place!

Utterly Brilliant! Firstly, thank you to the amazing staff who looked after us during our 4 day stay. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Outstanding customer service. Other hotels should go and see how it is done properly to understand how to look after customers in such an excellent way. Thank you to the Chef ! The risotto was very very good. The seafood salad was off the scale ! So thank you. The cottage - Cedar 15 - was so so clean. Every single amenity was taken care of. The cottage is a 5 star experience with everything you could possibly want. If you want an outstanding stay, with a beautiful hotel/cottages/pool and excellent food and service well there is no other place to stay on Jersey! Go and find out for yourself ! THANK YOU !!!!

My husband & I spent 4 days here for a break in September. We had breakfast each morning which had a large choice of anything that you could want and was good quality and tasty, and had one evening meal which again was really good. Staff were very friendly & helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we asked to get a taxi to St Brelade & their driver offered to take us in the company vehicle and their driver was helpful & charming. Overall a comfortable & enjoyable stay was had. Would highly recommend this establishment!

We stayed from Sat 23rd - Wed 27th September. We decided to stay in a cottage it was N0 2 Beech Cottage, to be able to do what and when we wanted which was amazing.The cottage was lovely more than we expected. We loved the way it was decorated thru. The only problem we had was it was so hot. It was very central to be able to experience the whole island. We went into the bar 2 Nights of our Stay on Sunday there were 2 fab bar men sorry we didn’t get there names. We eat out 2 days of our stay, we decided on the last night to eat in the hotel Rest, The food my husband had was, to start the soup which was really salty he doesn’t have salt, the Main was Pork but so so Chewy, he did mention this to you waitress. We had a car just to be independent. But there is bus stop just outside. The hotel I would say is go it is great, the pool was heated but we had 3 full days of going round the island. We arrived early on the Saturday and the general manager was around and so so helpful and talkative , our cottage was ready for which was perfect. Please pass onto all your staff they are so nice happy and a pleasure Be around and see everyday we did. Thank you.…

The rugby was fab at St Peter, The Reds v The Chiefs… wow! It wouldn’t have felt so good without the knowledge of returning to our terrace suite at this superb hotel, classy, stylish, relaxing, quiet room, real coastline comfort… It’s close enough to walk anywhere to be fair but being collected & dropped at the airport or St. Brelades in limmo comfort is very welcome. Everything about our stay has been outstanding, breakfast, the rooms, bar, reception, cleaners, waiting, drivers, just fantastic. A very big well done & thank you to the Manager, Tim & his team. We look forward to our next stay with you. Amazing! 🤩
