Views are amazing, food is great, although the manager clearly lies about what is offer on breakfast. In a response to a review he listed all the breakfast items that were available and trust me they weren’t. Waiting staff are lovely, particularly lynn who looked after my every need. But I can’t understand why a hotel would advertise a Christian ethos and basis and the manager would loudly during morning reflections tell guests In reception that it’s not important, something silly and it’s fine to walk through in the middle of it whilst happening? I’d be interested to know if he would encourage guests to do that during other evening talks. But! Despite all that, if you like a hotel that is 20 years dated in its approach to running a business this is the place for you. Loved the location and accessibility of everything, just seriously let down by an arrogant manager.…
A well run hotel with friendly but efficient staff. Good food well presented with interesting choices. Entertainment most nights with optional prayers in the morning. Two sun terraces with stunning views and steps down to the beach. Reception staff very helpful with bus times with bus stops right outside the hotel. A well maintained establishment with a high standard of cleanliness.
We spent a lovely week at the Biarittz in September. Wonderful sea views from our room, the lounge and dining room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us so welcome. The food was delicious with a varied menu and every where was spotless. We will certainly go back and highly recommend the Biarritz.
