If you want a typical pub grub then the Old smugglers is the place to go. Situated right on the beach front in St Brelades you'll need a car to get there but there is plenty of parking. There is plenty of food to choose from but I would recommend the lasagne or burger. Classics but great! The pub is...

The pub had a stale smell inside and was really shabby. My skampi and chips were so disgusting - by the coast one would expect fresh prawns and homemade batter. I got burnt breaded, grey, foul tasting lumps. i couldn't eat it. my husbands cod was obviously frozen. the chips whilst home made had been made a while ago and...

Great little pub... very old one... unique place with just a walking distance to the beach... really good choice both a la carte and the Tennerfest menu. Food spotless and very tasty. Great value for money.

Dropped into the Old Smugglers Inn on the way back from the Noirmont Battery. We did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. Food was excellent and was served promptly by very friendly and attentive staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you are out in the South of the Island.

Took our last meal on the island here before coming home. Beautiful setting at Quaisne Bay next to St Brelade's, full of charachter and the food is brilliant, very good portions and nice staff. Came across this place by accident 8 years ago and needed to go back-would definately recommend.

Although I left Jersey nearly 10 years ago, I live in Quaisne and this was my local. I have happy memories of it as a pub, as a restaurant and as a place to start good walks (especially up to the Mont Quaisne Hopefully, my partner will have her 50th birthday there on Thursday! An unpretentious and good old fashioned...

Pub is very quaint, low beamed ceilings and decor. Food was excellent, I had moules as a starter though I have had less and it's been a main course. After this I had a roast beef Sunday lunch, 2 large very thick slices of beef that was cooked to perfection, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cabbage & bacon, carrot & turnip,...

My wife and I went out for a meal on a Sunday night and it was after 8 pm, we struggled to find a table. Eventually we found the Old Smugglers Inn. This is an old fashioned ale house with value for money food! totally friendly and unpretentious and the food was great!

I was rather looking forward to my meal here. I had walked from St Aubins and enjoyed a walk along the beach and was looking forward to some basic but tasty pub food. I ordered cod and chips. The fish was of very mediocre quality, rather on the stale side. The peas were hard and of inferior qualIty. My wife's...

Real old fashioned pub atmosphere. Very friendly. Good quality food and very reasonable prices. I had the Gambas for a starter followed by the Skate wing. Both very tasty.I would be very happy to return.
