Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay in Jersey. Central location handy if here for business. Only negative was that the window in my room was filthy. It clearly has not been cleaned for several years. Premier inn should be doing better than this.

the host who is also the manager of the establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On multiple occasions over the past two weeks,I have attempted to enjoy breakfast at your hotel, as advertised. However, each time we arrived, the host preemptively informed us that the restaurant was fully booked and there was no availability. This occurred even before she took the time to inquire about our reason for visiting.During our last visit, despite our attempt to explain our situation, the manager displayed a dismissive and rude attitude. She expressed a lack of interest in understanding our needs and began making a scene, even going as far as throwing her hands in the air and stating that she didn't have time for us. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience for us, As someone who values hospitality and customer service, I found this encounter deeply disappointing and unacceptable. It is crucial for a business to prioritize providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for its guests.

Overall this is ideally located for St Helier and its surrounding shops and attractions. And you are almost guaranteed a great nights sleep with a very comfortable bed. There is the usually kettle, tea, coffee facilities in the room and a reasonable sized tv. There were a couple of problems but didn’t spoil our stay. The height of the bath to step into with no hand rails to assist was a challenge and also there is no parking onsite. We had to park at the nearby multi storey which cost us £29 from 8am to 5pm but free outside those times and luckily free on public holidays. We didn’t get the friendly warm welcome either that we’re used to from Premier Inn with the young guy seemingly giving off bored with his job vibes

Haven’t even checked in yet and have encountered a very rude Scottish female member of staff let’s hope things improve. Her manner and attitude was rude, and she seemed happier chatting with other members of staff in the bar/restaurant than helping guests.

Avoid at all costs! Cleanliness poor, tables in the restaurant during the evening still had pastry crumbs from breakfast. Old splatter marks from sauce on the tables, cutlery not clean. Travel cots do not include an actual mattress, padded out by towels and pillow protectors! Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Lack of staff around the hotel. Would not stay here again.

Very poor standards of cleanliness. Facilities not working. Staff not friendly. Would never stay again. Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Bathroom was unclean. Lifts were unclean. Didn’t dare eat there based on cleanliness of other areas, plus the restaurant was like a mortuary - not atmosphere. Dreadful & too expensive for what was provided.

Stayed here before and was aware that this Premier Inn is very well positioned for shops, bus station and dining out. Room clean except for mould around shower screen base. Room quiet (420). View from room window awful. Richard on reception helpful with a problem we had.

Perfect premier inn in the perfect place. Close to all shops and amenities in St Helier, bus station for the airport is a 5min walk. Wasn’t able to check in early, but did leave my suitcase either side of check in/out and it was not a problem.
