We unexpectedly spent 2 nights here at very short notice having to self-isolate following an unplanned stay in Jersey. The hotel is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Okay, it's not as swanky as some other hotels, but it more than makes up for that with the welcome from the few staff we necessarily had contact with. The chef even allowed us to put our frozen and chilled food in his freezer and fridge. The menu was well balanced and the food well presented and very tasty. Many thanks to the team for looking after us so well.
Our second visit and once again, the high standard of Housekeeping and the delightful aspect impressed us. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is good, though choices are more limited during the Covid restrictions. Parking is good, though I'd strongly recommend buses in Jersey. There are stops nearby and the service is both frequent and reliable.
Just returned from a 4 night stay, all I can say is what a excellent hotel The staff are amazing especially the lady who served us breakfast ever day made us feel so welcome and nothing was a problem having my husband being coeliac.. we had a evening meal in the hotel it was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect only a short walk to town and also to get busses. 10 out of 10 definitely will be going back, the sea view room was well worth the money. A true Jersey Gem. Jersey has got COVID well organised test at the airport and before you buy a bus ticket you have to show your negative text. We felt vet safe in Jersey.
Just returned from a 16 night stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our plans changed at the last minute so loaded up the car, headed south and found this gem of a place. Stayed on B&B basis, but did eat in the hotel once and we cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the food or the service. Without exception everyone was great and we were well looked after. John deserves a special mention because he goes above and beyond to ensure you are looked after. I was also impressed with the extra Covid measures in place too, very reassuring. Well located on the seafront opposite the Lido and I found it an ideal spot to explore the island from on the mountain bike. This has certainly ignited an interest in Jersey and we will return. Thank you to everyone
We have just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel and were very pleased overall - definitely a better standard than most 3 star hotels. The hotel is well located and well kept - both the rooms and the public areas are very clean. It is on the sea front facing the Lido and sea pool and about a 15 minute walk out of the centre of St Helier. The staff in the hotel are all very nice and very helpful. There is an outdoor pool which whilst not huge is nice to have. We stayed b & b but ate in the hotel a few times - both the breakfast and evening meals were very good. The hotel has some larger family rooms which are great for people with older children. We had one of the interconnecting ones which essentially consist of two full sized rooms with a bathroom each - nicely furnished in an unfussy style and perfect for our needs. We would return and would definitely recommend.…
