The spa here is great, hotel room was ok, but breakfast is really poor considering the rest of the facilities. For instance paying extra for a cappuccino really surprised me. But what was worse the breakfast buffet is quite small and when I went to the counter to ask for eggs, the chef was really rude and impolite to me....

Currently staying here with friends for 4 nights. The place is spotlessly clean, breakfast good quality, attentive staff, nothing todate has been too much trouble. Extra tea and coffe along with a chocolate is brought around in the evening. We have used the gym and the pool which is excellent. Central to the town centre. Try it out for yourself...

Fantastic location close to amenities and with great travel links. Hotel is very stylish with choice of restarants and bars. Room was lovley well equipped and comfortable, staff were exc ellant. Rating a 4 because the hotel pool was out of action when we wanted to use it oherwise this would have been a five score.

Stayed here for 4 days, you couldn't get more central to St Helier if you tried. Very nice hotel, very modern and very lively. Food was superb. Would definitely return. Staff excellent!!! Bars a plenty in the hotel.

I visit once a year or so and always stay in this hotel, which I find to be ideal.my most recent stay was three nights in early June. Location wise, it is within a very short stroll of the town, and just across the road of the bus station. Ideal. I stayed in a Platinum room, with a balcony overlooking...

Found the Hotel to be lovely and modern. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. The next time we go back I would like to stay in the newer side of the hotel. Only bad thing was the floor in our room seemed to be at a bit of a slant. Although it did make you feel like...

My husband and I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who comes from Jersey. We were not disappointed. The room was nicely furnished with a good en suite, and importantly for me a separate shower. We had a lovely big balcony which was at the side of the hotel. When I booked they suggested there as the front...

A group of 11 of us stayed over the bank holiday weekend. I stayed in a gold twin room which was very nice. Plenty of space, a decent bathroom and everything clean as it should be. Breakfasts were good, staff friendly and helpful (especially Raphael in the restaurant - went out of hi way). It's terrace gets extremely busy and...
