Just back from a five day stay half board at the Norfolk Hotel. My wife and I with another couple, rooms 210/211. The Hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was substantial - cereals, fruit juice etc buffet style along with a choice of full English or a continental breakfast. Dinner was 4 courses,...

Stayed for 2 night, a much nicer hotel than I was expecting! It was clean and today. The lady that greeted us was friendly but the welcome speech was a bit long, we just wanted to get to our room after being up since 3.30am! Didn't like or understand why you have to give your key in to reception every...

Rooms were spacious clean and well appointed if beginning to look a little dated. The breakfasts were excellent but unfortunately that did not extend to the evening meal and we ate out every night apart from the first night of our stay when we tried the hotel menu. It was devoid of choice for a meat eater and the fare...

The Norfolk hotel was in a great location. Just across the road is Howard Davis park. A beautiful well kept park and also war memorial of British and American soldiers. The Norfolk owners where just lovely and look after every guest with a personnel touch. The breakfast and staff where excellent. They could not do enough for us. Even me...
