One night stay on route to Tavistock , good welcome, from this family owned lodge, room was very clean (307) think it had just been decorated , service excellent. Will definitely will be back. My husband enjoyed the Jail Ale. excellent value for money.

Denbury is just over 9 miles from the Dartmoor Lodge Hotel, about half of which will be on narrow country lanes. It should take about 20 minutes, but here in Devon you always have to account for the tractor factor... More

The Dartmoor Lodge does have a dog friendly policy and they are welcome in certain allocated rooms by prior arrangement. We are just off the A38, with a five minute drive onto the moor.

This is set on it's own. Some people say it's about a mile or so into Buckfastleigh but I'd say thats a pretty long mile !!! It would be a long walk about 20-30 mins to reach town centre at a leisurely stroll however there... More
