I'm not normally a B&B fan, but this place was something else! Does not feel like a typical B&B. Located within the Dartmoor National Park, the owners are very welcoming and helpful. From recommending places to eat after turning up late on the evening and then also suggesting routes to take through the Park the next day. The room and...

Beautiful accommodation, beautiful views, lovely furnishings, friendly host, delicious breakfast. Quality all the way. Perfect for a romantic trip away, for us a lovely luxury treat and worth it. Our room was just as lovely as the rest of the house. The bed was so comfortable we investigated the mattress. I'm ready for a new one! Breakfast was a delight, including...

Up on arrival Patrick was welcoming and friendly - the accomodation was exceptional. Highly recommended!! The down sides of Eastwrey Barton: - Wifi signal was very poor around the house especially in the bedroom on the third floor - The shower water was far too slow (fustrating) - The main door is left open all night for guests. Found this...

This is a super house with excellent accommodation and lovely furnishings set in beautiful Devon countryside with superb views. This is far from being a typical B an B, one feels like a family friend/guest staying in a country house. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, breakfast is excellent and there is even a well-stocked bar. Patrick is an...

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel very welcome by the host, Patrick. The property was in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the surrounding country side, Inside was very well decorated and cleaned to an incredibly high standard. we stayed in a standard room, had we not known there was "better" rooms,...

From arrival to departure Patrick and Sharon make your stay special. I have specific dietary needs and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, all locally sourced or home grown produce. A stunning Georgian house, decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean, one of the best BnBs we have stayed...

Lovely location and property. Clean rooms and facilities. Very hospitable and helpful host, Patrick. A peaceful night's sleep and a superb breakfast. Only a mile away from one of the best pubs around, The Cleave in Lustleigh. Looking forward to going back again.

I have to say we do not normally stay B & B but this one changes our view. Excellent breakfast of local produce and a good nights sleep. Good and quiet bar after a long day and Patrick could not have been a better host. WiFi only in the lounge but probably no bad thing. Boris was very friendly too....

Stay at Dartmoor National Park, tasty, varied breakfast, local knowledge offered, unexpected dinner reservation made at local pub first night in, clean room and inn. Step up into shower may be difficult for some.

This is a really lovely B&B just outside Lustleigh. Our room was a huge double up in the roof with lots of windows out onto the hills and a large bathroom. Every need is catered for by the owner, who gave us lots of vegetarian options for breakfast. He was also able to give lots of advice on things in...
