We have just spent our second overnight stay at this lovely Victorian guest house. On both occasions we stayed in the ' Pegasus' room at the top of the house just right for an overnight stay with well presented shower room facilities. Eunice is such a welcoming and friendly person who offers an exceptional breakfast which includes her homemade preserves....

We stayed here overnight on our ‘’Tour of Devon". Eunice was very helpful and welcoming, despite suffering back problems. Bikes were secured in a locked shed at the end of the garden overnight. The room was comfortable and clean with ample tea and coffee available. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of everything! The b&b is ideally placed for a short...

AND YES IT WAS, THE room (Capricorn ) was big, had the most lovely four-poster bed in it, was so so comfortable, you really did not want to get up, The en-suite was really nice,...

Stayed here for just 2 nights, but was made to feel extremely welcome, and Eunice is a lovely landlady, who goes that extra mile, providing all sorts of toiletries for anyone who may have forgotton something. The breakfast was wonderful,

My wife and I stayed for four niights in the en suite room at the back with the four-poster bed and lovely view of the gardens. Our two friends stayed in the adjacent twin-bedded room. Our whole stay was very good value for money. The rooms were well appointed, the beds very comfortable and the breakfasts served with great efficiency...

Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to have the four of you here and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I looked up your author friend and, as we don't have a bookshop in Okehampton, I have ordered one of her books which I am looking forward to reading. Hope you enjoy the honey. Eunice

Six weeks out and I booked the last room to be had in Oke for the May bank holiday so couldn't complain that it was a twin. Great location in the town centre with free on street parking. Room and separate shower/wc were clean and serviceable. Toiletries provided too which was unexpected for a B&B. The landlady was just the...

We stayed here for 2 nights and it is a great place to stay when visiting Okehampton. Central for the town and country walks, and just a few minutes from Dartmoor. Our en-suite room was at the back of the house and overlooking the garden. The 4 poster poster bed was not only gorgeous, but it was quite possibly the...

Enjoyed our overnight stay in this very comfortable B&B. We had a decent size room and large en-suite ("Capricorn" room). It's well located for the town centre and is also in walking distance of Okehampton Castle (which is worth a visit). All at a reasonable price.

Judy, thank you so much for your kind remarks. It was a pleasure to have you here and I hope that the rest of your journey on the brand new bike was a joy. At least you managed to avoid most of the rain. Come again soon!

Stayed at this lovely B&B while cycling from John O Groats to Lands End. Eunice was a fantastic hostess; providing secure storage my bike, introducing me to her lovely bees, drying my wet gear and a great room with comfy bed. Brilliant breakfast too! Thanks so much; highly recommended.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and that you made it to the end of your trip safely. The weather could have been better for you, but at least it was mainly down the hills from here.
