Park and Lodge facilities were very good. Plenty of space and things to do on park or in the local area. Unfortunately our lodge had a boiler issue and we had no heating or hot water on arrival. We called the out of hours number and the security guard, Jason, came really quickly and managed to get the boiler working again. He requested that the maintenance team come out to check it over the following day, but no one showed up. The boiler had the same issue again the following evening, and again Jason arrived quickly to help us sort the problem. By the time we checked out, the boiler still wasn't working properly, but we still had a good holiday.

Fantastic holiday! Whole site and lodge where incredibly clean. Everyone was so friendly. Massive thank you to Jack, Perry and Ian who were amazing with my 2 boys! Made every evening special with putting on special raccoon visits just for my two as they were the only kids there. They really went above and beyond to make the boys happy and I honestly can't thank them enough!! We will definitely be returning to lady's mile if only for the amazing staff and the dedication they have to making our kids holiday special. Thank you so much.

We went to the 90s weekend at the mile and omg it did not disappoint Caravan was clean, tidy and better than other places we have stayed for the price Entertainment was brilliant Staff really friendly, especially Sharon F, Tracey D and Danni Fab weekend had by all

Had a fantastic time at Ladys Mile live at the 90s. The acts were amazing and as usual the staff were fantastic, from Kay and Angie who kept the place clean, Nathan and Ian who kept us hydrated, Kat and Perry on ents are great. A massive shout out to Jack, Ian and DJ Gaz who held the whole weekend together and made the weekend great. Well done everyone xxx

We went to the bar and Romany and Jade severed us and we couldn’t ask for a better experience I definitely will be returning because of the level of service and Ben 10 cooked us some outstanding food

Great stay in our touring van. The pitches are spacious and well set out . The pool and sauna are lovely and warm and facilities clean and well maintained . Special mention must go to the entertainment team who put on some great shows whilst we were there with some great singers and also a pantomime.

Another fantastic week at Ladys Mile. Stayed in a roof terrace lodge this time. Such a lovely lodge. Spacious, clean and comfortable . Everything you need - dishwasher, large sofas, dining area, two bathrooms and really spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area. Hot tub a real bonus. So warm and cosy. Thank you to Leanne from housekeeping. It was spotlessly clean. It was just perfect for our family. We had a brilliant night in the clubhouse for Halloween. Non stop entertainment for the adults and children. Really was a great night. Thank you to Kat, Perry, Lilly & team. Can’t wait to return next year to do it all again.

Absolutely fuming, went into the club ordered a meal which they completely missed one meal so one off us missed out. Then my daughter got asulted in the entertainment so I took this issue up with the security who promised me that shes look at the cctv and deal with it this never happened after asking several times. I have pictures off the marks and bruises that happened. When walking back from the entertainment me and my partner slipped in the mud due too the fact it was throwing it down and they tried too claim we was fighting which didnt happened and if they looked at the cctv they would also see that it didnt happen. We checked in on the friday and was gone by the sunday despite booking 7 days. This campsite is disgusting and all they care about is money they dont care about the people. I Feel like after making a complaint about the fact my 11 year old daughter was asulted by an adult was a reason they wanted us off sight. I will be taking this too a small claims court about my daughter being asulted. Makes it worse as there were two families constantly arguing friday and nothing was done. I honestly would save your money and look somewhere too stay that doesnt just only care about the money. …

I have investigated your complaint as a matter of urgency. I take all complaints regarding my security team incredibly seriously. The person who barged past your daughter was evicted from the site the following morning. You may or may not slipped in the mud, as this is something I cannot verify however I do have body cam footage of multiple reports of a physical altercation between you and your partner. This includes you saying to one of the Security team “He took me to the floor, it’s not like him, I think he’s just consumed too much alcohol”. Your aunt followed this up with “literally decked her and hitting her”. You were advised by the security team to contact the Police. Our ANPR barrier then picked up your intoxicated partner driving off site and we informed the police. If you require any further help with reminding you of the actual events of the evening I am more than happy to share the footage from the body-worn cameras. Had a really great time using the pool, lifeguards were super helpful and friendly and my kids loved the slide! Will definitely be coming back!! Food was abit pricey but definitely worth it! Sunday roast was me and hubbys fave ❤️

Went here on a family trip during the weekend to spend some time with the little ones. Arrived there and when we got to the bit where we took our shoes off there was a lovely smiling young chap with dark hair who greeted us kindly. Kids loved it and was a brilliant day out. Loved the environment and great experience! Definitely will come back
