Wow. Another hassle free holiday at leadstone. Camping. Andrew Sarah and Phil and rest of staff well done again Everything spot on. A lovely 2 weeks in Dawlish Warren and the sun shone as well 👍. No complaints at all from our point of view. Yes it was rather busy But owing to staycation expected this had a lovely time and day tripped to Torquay. Teignmouth exmouth and Paignton. The train ride to exmouth with our grandson was a fantastic day out and so cheap from Warren train station. Loved every minute of our break and returning next year a big thank you to Andrew Sarah Phil and the rest of staff. You smashed it again with the welcome from start The clean facilities and the pleasant surroundings. Thank you all again. See you in 2022. Barry Mandy and Jayden

Will try make this factual so it can be useful for others choosing a campsite. Ultimately we went in august in the summer holidays so we knew it was going to be busy, we just weren’t prepared for how busy! Dawlish Warren is not a quaint Devon costal village that is for sure. Campsite was on a slope, very few flat plots and everyone was really close together. The site seemed huge but just one facilities block which was just carnage at all times, it never seemed fresh and always so so busy. Showers there were 6 for the whole site and we’d read they were 20p so took some coins, I don’t get this, surely you factor in water consumption to your overheads?! It wasn’t even a great shower but served a purpose. Lots of people on the site wanted to party but that’s more the people then the site. Not really any dog walks locally. Mushroom cafe next door does fab coffee! We wouldn’t return but we don’t need to, maybe out of the school holidays it isn’t so wild.

Absolutely everything about this site is great, superb facilities. Showers(20p) and toilet facilities are spotless and cleaned regularly , Sarah and Andrew were fantastic in locating me a pitch at late notice. We will be back again. Absolute gem of a site

My wife and I stayed here for 4 night early August and naturally it was very busy. Very handy for visiting Torquay, Paignton, and other resorts as the bus stops right outside the entrance. On the day we had to leave for Newcastle our Motorhome had a flat battery and Steve was brilliant getting us a jump start which was no easy task. Thank You Steve and all the staff who were very helpful.

Stayed at Leadstone Camping for 10 days. It isn’t cheap and had to pay 20p for a 5 minute shower. Unisex showers with only 6-7 showers. Only one block for whole campsite. Facilities started off nice but got worse as the week went on. The pitches were crammed in too. Picture shows one row with 5 tents so close together. Put your tent up and the pitch is full. Surely health and safety is an issue here. Site is kept tidy and grass mowed. But cannot say I was happy with the closeness of neighbours tents or motorhomes.
