We stayed here for our Anniversary. Absolutely brilliant. The lodge was like a home from home so warm and cosy, great decking and a hot tub, which was checked every day by Graham and Des. Even the grass was being cut by Martin one day. Liz in reception was fantastic and helped us book again for May next year. She arranged for Roxanne (I think that was her name) to show me the Lodges that where available. Thank you all for making our week special

Immaculate and quiet park. Additional facilities such as coffee shop, fish and chip shop, shop, and beauty salon are available at sister park, Lady's Mile, which also provides entertainment. Great customer service where nothing is too much trouble. Caravans are always clean, comfortable and well maintained. Any issues are always dealt with effectively and efficiently. Very good facilities with towels provided in some accommodation and some caravans also have hot tubs and privacy is insured with screens. Cars parked to side of most caravans. Laundrette on site. Outdoor pool during Summer time. Really great food at the pub opposite. Try to visit at least once a year as this is a good base to visit areas of interest in South Devon. A lady called Liz helped us this year to find a just the right caravan to help us celebrate our big birthdays.

We stayed in Lapwing, no 062, (with hot tub). This is not a lodge it's a caravan! Originally we were going to be a party of four adults, however, due to illness it was just me and my partner. This "caravan" would have been a tight squeeze for four and impossible for 6 as the website advertised. The bedrooms were tiny, and there was not enough seating for 4! The "caravan" was dark as the floor to ceiling windows faced a tall bush and trees with very little natural light. We were supposed to be there from 18th to 22nd September, but decided to cut short our stay and returned home on the Wednesday. On a positive note, the caravan was spotless with clean bedding and towels, and the site was well kept. Tip; Ask for a "lodge" with a view

First time I have ever gone to Oakcliff and I loved it that much I have booked again for next year. The site is well maintained and the lodges were really clean. The site is the most peaceful place I have ever gone. And for entertainment and other facilities, their sister site is just a little walk up the road.

I've been staying at Oakcliff since I was a little girl, I'm now 40 and bring my family to experience the amazing summer holidays i had as a child in dawlish warren. I think this time would have been my 25th stay. As always the site is immaculate, we stayed in lapwing 93 on warren field the lodge was beautiful with views of the sea, clean, tidy and a kitchen with everything you need. We had no problems at all. Liz on reception (when we checked in on 29th July ) was fantastic, she's even booked our stay for next year!!! On one of the evenings I accidently knocked the hot tub water release and drained the tub, I didn't realised until a lovely man (I didn't get his name) told me the next morning when he was doing his check, he filled it all back up and was so nice. I just wish the dogs that were staying near us barked less, they were pretty annoying but that's not Oakliffs fault. We can't wait to come back next year!!

It's truly heartwarming to hear about your cherished memories of visiting over the years and now sharing those experiences with your own family. We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Lapwing 93 and found it to be clean and well-equipped. Liz and our team are dedicated to ensuring our guests have the best experience possible, and it's fantastic to hear that they made your stay even more special. Accidents happen, and it's great to know that our team was quick to respond and assist with refilling the hot tub. We appreciate your understanding regarding the barking dogs, as sometimes, these things are beyond our control. We're already looking forward to welcoming you back for your 26th stay next year! If you ever have any more feedback or suggestions, please feel free to share. Here's to many more wonderful family holidays at Oakcliff!

The site is lovely and the accommodation is superb. Oak Cottage was really spacious and comfortable. There's 3 rooms - 1 double and 2 twins. One twin is on the ground floor, which was perfect for us, and a member of our party has mobility issues. The cottage has a hot tub and decking area in its own private garden area. The site is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Location wise, it's perfect for the beech and fair. There's a few pubs close by (highly recommended Mount Pleasant fpr both food and a drink on the terrace - the views are incredible). It's also a good spot to base yourself if you want to tour South Devon. The train station is right next to the beach, and the views from the train are breathtaking. We visited Teignmouth, Dawlish, and Torquay. Overall, this is great pet friendly accommodation in a superb location, and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom Oak Lodge. I loved everything about my stay here. It was amazing. So clean, so well laid out. Magnificent views, lovely decking and private Hot Tub. The staff were all so helpful from initial booking to end of holiday. Staff member called Martin who we saw on site every day of our stay was so helpful with any questions and did a great job with hot tub, gardening etc etc. The outdoor pool was lovely.
