Just come back from a weeks stay at Stowford. It’s a great site, immaculately clean with a swimming pool, shop, caravan repair shop, a petting zoo and bars serving delicious food. All the staff are so friendly but a special mention needs to go to Deb Rickard and Rob Davis on field one - such a lovely, friendly couple, nothing is too much trouble and their wealth of knowledge of the local area can lead to the discovery of some lovely local gems! Will definitely be coming back !

A very well kept clean and tidy campsite with plenty of activity's for a young family Parks were kept clean and tidy as where all the facility's. Pitch size was perfect. Amazing views and Lovely walks for the family and dogs Plenty of water and waste points. Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help Only slight negative was poor phone signal and wifi didn't reach our pitch (Which the kids didn't enjoy) but for me was a welcome break from technology And meant the kids realised there was a world outside there phones. So overall was a bonus Will certainly be booking this site again. And will do for many years if they keep up this excellent Site

This site is always spotlessly clean. The staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. We have stayed often and just returned from a couple of nights in our caravan with our 9 year old granddaughter. The swimming pool was well organise, clean and fun. The highlight of our trip was Petorama. It was such fun. Animals were clean and happy and available to feed and stroke. Such an amazing atmosphere. We would have been happy to pay much more than the admission fees. Loads of animals to se, so really good value. Rob, the manager, was very informative and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this to anyone, with or without children!

What an amazing site,great position for adventure,great facilities the best stocked shop we have ever found on a campsite. Great value for money,toilet block so clean and showers so hot. Will definitely be going back.

A great site and location, very friendly staff, arrived late but check in was very easy with directions to the pitch allocated. The site is very well maintained and spotless. Very clean Toilets and shower area which during these Covid times is no mean feat, a lot of thought and hard work had gone into ensuring all were kept safe with social distancing in mind . Always had hot water which is really a must when in a campervan. Dog friendly, with a huge exercise area. Not a walkers paradise but the staff gave us good directions to Combe Martin, a very hilly walk however this did not pose a problem. a well earnt drink and meal when we got there. Well stocked Shop, restaurants and bar plus swimming pool although we did not use, even a good ole chippy. We had a great time and look forward to returning in 2021. Cannot think of a negative thing and would highly recommend…
