John was very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable with everything you needed . Plenty of choice for breakfast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this as a great base for exploring this part of Devon.

A two night stay, a warm welcome, excellent and friendly staff. First rate COVID measures and social distancing observed. Very clean and tidy rooms with countryside and sea views. Would recommend to family and friends.

Very welcoming and all very organised for Covid guidelines. Would definitely recommend. Nice room and view, great breakfast and staff very helpful. Use the car park on the corner just below it as it's only £5 for 24 hours.

Spent a week in this guest house the time flew by, welcoming hosts John and Penny a home from home room comfortable with beautiful view. Breakfast cooked by mein host was one of the best we have ever had the local mackerel and smoked salmon on offer and the dime scrambled egg was turned into a thing of beauty. A hop skip and jump from this little seaside towns beach. The Sunday carvery Deck of Cards pub And 200 yards down from Mellstock The Dolphin offers good everyday good. For that special meal The Riding Sun at Lynmouth.
