Very clean and tidy B&B. Rooms are large with own bathroom,Breakfasts are very good with cereals cooked food toast and marmalade, Ample parking and located with just a short drive to the town centre.Staff were friendly and helpfull at all times.
This guest house would not be suitable to any one in a wheelchair as there are four steps into the property.

Warm welcome. Large room with everything you need for a short stay. Decor was a little tired and dated though.
Ample breakfast which was well cooked along with a selection of cereals, fruit juices, fruit and pastries. Just right to start the day.
Free onsite parking as advertised.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

All went well from start to finish for our weekend stay.Nothing to much trouble.
Even loaned a book to read.Tommy a good cook....all gave us welcome.
Nice to say not a noisy enviroment.
Room for wheelchair in our room and the staff removed the ramp and help get us inside as our chairs a bit wider than normal.

We stayed at the Rohaven B&B for two nights whilst we visited family. This is a family run B&B and can say that those we met were friendly, but honestly cannot say they made us feel that welcome, just being polite as part of their day to day business. We were taken to our room but not told where we could go if we needed anything or had any concerns with the room which to us was not the normal! We were only informed what time breakfast was served each morning. The hosts were pleasant at breakfast and not once did they come and check if all was okay with the food which we have always been used to. The B&B is looking tired and quite old fashioned, but I can say that our room was clean and tidy albeit a little on the small side as was the en-suite which was difficult to move around in, the bed linen was fresh and the towels which were only bath towels and not bath sheets were lovely and soft. One good point with the B& is there is on site parking and the cost of our stay was reasonable. We were just a little disappointed that on checkout we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay. I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon.

We booked at least four/five double / twin rooms, for two nights, for our stay for a military event on the weekend of 10th of Sept at CTCRM which is local to the area. All military couples and booked well in advance and in total confidence of the owners.
Today we recieved an e mail saying that all of our reservations have been cancelled, as basically, they have had a a better offer of a longer long term stay and that buisness demands it.
So with about six weeks left we are now trying to find alternative accomodation which doesnt exist because now the vast majority of hotels and B and Bs are fully booked, due to the mlitary event, unless you want to pay about 300 pounds for a five star hotel.
So the owners have made our weekend stay in Exeter very difficult, potentially very expensive and have shown themselves as untrustworthy, unreliable, greedy and having no thoughts on how this affects peoples plans.
Good luck with your " buisness demand" but i hope it turns round and bites you.

Had a good run round the town and ventured onto the beach but soft sand so back on road.
B+B a medium walk from the town say 10 minutes, shower room a little tight for space bed comfortable.
Enjoyed breakfast, decor a little bland but as last minute booking it was ok.

We have just arrived home after our holiday to Devon. Rohaven was a very clean and friendly b&b. Tommy was very accommodating and it was like a home away from home. The breakfast was tasty and nothing was too much for them. Thank you again! Highly recommended.

Very welcoming, nice clean airy room. Bath and shower in the room, Tea and coffee, comfy bed, asked for extra pillow, nothing too much. on a main road but hardly heard any traffic noise. A big plus is parking, off road too. Breakfast was cereal and full english, perfect amount. Coffee and tea included. All in all a lovely stay and we will definitely be back

An example of a typical bed and breakfast. Food was good and the owners are very pleasant.
The price was reasonable.
The building is an older building and had some wear but the room was nice and comfortable. Parking is tight but there was always a space for me.
For me the location was acceptable, it took about 20 minutes to walk to the centre.
Exmouth is a lovely town and worth the visit.
