Slept really well, only few mins walk from high street and nice meals. 10mins from seafront. Professional friendly hosts and a good breakfast. Just what was needed. Free Wi-fi worked well, just real coffee in bedroom and would have been perfect

We stayed for just the one night. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Room (No 2) was smallish but comfortable with en-suite shower and toilet etc. The whole place was very clean and well kept, the bed linen and towels likewise. I did not sample the cooked breakfast but there was good selection of cereals, toast, jams etc. I have no doubt the cooked offerings would have been of good quality as the hosts do seem to genuinely care about their guests experience. Parking is available at the rear of the property but as it says on the website you do need to speak to the hosts with regard to getting a space there. I parked quite easily in an adjoining road but this may not be so easy in peak season. The Swallows is situated in an excellent position to gain easy access to the seafront just a 2 minute walk and Exmouth town centre just a max 10 mins walk away.

B&B is clean.Small double room overlooking the back garden.Parking is a nightmare along a private road round the back of the B&B.The breakfast was not great and the internet shows bottled water and croissants which we were not offered.

We had a lovely holiday. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The B&B is comfortable with good food being served for breakfast. My gluten free diet was take care of. The Car park is only small and hard to find on arrival due to it being off a private road. We have a big car which made it difficult to park. However it was soon sorted by Rachael. We would recommend this B&B. Near to the sea , town and train station. Local information available in the dining room.
