My wife and I stayed at the Cranleigh for 3 nights recently. It is immaculately decorated and maintained. The breakfasts were very nice and filling. There is one shared breakfast table with the other guests which encourages conversation. The hosts were most welcoming, friendly and informative about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and would definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable, with a sea view, four poster bed and big bathroom. Everything was kept very clean. Breakfasts were friendly and it was lovely to sit around the table...

Quality b&b. Lovely hosts. Quality breakfast. Local knowledge was great, rooms clean and tidy. Spotless actually. Cleanest b&b we have stayed in. 2 mins walk from beach and 10 mins from centre. Would recommend.

We chose Exmouth as a place for a three day break in November and stayed at the Cranleigh after looking at the Tripadvisor reviews. We were...
