The lady who runs this house is such a sweet woman. After working for a month away from home I felt right at home as soon as I got here! My bag had leaked and she managed to help me out. The dogs were such a cutie and I felt like they added to that warm feeling. The B and...

I stay regularly at different accommodations in Exmouth and this is the best value of them all. A wonderful B & B which was exceptionally clean, full of character and run by a lovely landlady. Breakfast was great and all the facilities were excellent. Had a great shower, a comfy bed and felt very welcome. Really good value for the...

I spent a few nights at this B&B at the end of January and would certainly recommend. Tonya was very welcoming, very kind, and cooked a great breakfast which really set me up for the day. The room was comfortable and warm, complete with its own tea-making facilities and tv - just what you need to come back to in...

We stayed at the Breken for just 1 night and we would certainly go back. Tonya is a very nice welcoming lady; the breakfast was excellent and the room was great - very comfortable and clean. The whole house was stylishly decorated and we loved the musical clock in the breakfast room!

Arrived, The landlady was out but left keys, saw room and it is a tiny double room with no space (let alone fire risk) for another bed. Landlady refused to refund first night £s and became...

Just back from 2 day stay. I have to agree with a previous review. We stayed in room 3 It was very small and the en suite was minute, with not a lot of power in the shower. Breakfast was ok just, the quality of the sausage and bacon was not the best also the tomatoes were tinned. But everywhere...

Breken is everything you expect a traditional B&B to be and more. A lovely kaleidoscope of flowers and decor greet you arrival, indicating the care and commitment that Tonia evidently puts into Breken. The rooms are nicely and simply furnished, ensuite, clean and comfortable with tea/coffee in the room. Breken is situated in a quiet backstreet just off the sea...

Breken is a very nice hotel to stay in, with Tonia doing everything in order to take care of us and our little boy. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Room clean and large enough for the 3 of us. Good idea to provide free car park for her guests too. Well located close to the beach and the city centre....
