I only stayed here 1 night so didn't use all of the facilities. However I can confirm the toilets & showers were reasonably clean/tidy. Checking in was straightforward & friendly enough. They also hand out some useful tourist info at check in. Competitive price. Decent location (less than 10 minute drive to the coast). They offer various foods cooked to...

I have camped in a lot of places in the South of England and have never come across such rude and arrogant 'hosts' As others have said I also had an issue with the wifi and was given stupid advice, I don't think the owners are aware that modern devices automatically look for any available signal, there is no phone...

We are at a complete loss as to your complaint. It would appear that you are complaining about the wifi facilities at Karrageen and not about the facilities, our location and overall holiday experience. Our Wifi is operated by Club Wifi and works well within the confines of the speed provided by BT. It was used by over 1000 people...

First camping trip with my family and will be visiting again. Made to feel very welcome and pitch sizes very large. Lovely views and great beaches. Owners very nice and kept the site very clean. Tree lined for privacy however kids made several new friends to play with once introductions done. Great place to stay and lovely fresh croissants in...

This site is brilliant for families that like a clean friendly site with noise levels kept at a minimum after 9.30pm. The shower and toilet blocks are modern and of a high standard. Why camp anywhere else? This place is amazing.

A nice site with good views but quite exposed to the elements, approximately 1 mile from the lovely Hope Cove. A BIG PROBLEM for large Caravans as we found out to our expense. The few miles from Marlborough to the site are very Devonshire narrow. On arrival at the site reception it became very apparent that mainly due to the...

wow Gary Goat, you are a great spin doctor! For the record we have 32' x 10' static caravans delivered down the same lanes that you found difficult and our entrance is 6.1 metres wide. Despite your accusations, our CCTV at the time, showed us that your caravan had damage to the side as you ARRIVED at reception. You chose...

We've been visiting this campsite yearly for around 17 years and our friends for over 20. You will be very hard pushed to find a better run, cleaner and beautiful campsite. They could easily pack more people in as many other sites do but like others have said when it's full, it doesn't feel it. The pitches are very generous...

This was the second time we had been camping and it was a very enjoyable experience thanks to the owners Phil and Nikki and their lovely clean and well run campsite. We arrived on an overcast and drizzly Sunday morning and went to the reception to check in and pay the balance. Nikki the owner said one of our 4...

A nice place, lovely views despite the difficult one car width lanes to get there but as has been mentioned before the owners were very abrupt and don't seem to have any people skills, or at least not the days we were there. They came across as school teachers that had decided to do this in their retirement and were...

How sad that your 2 day holiday experience at Karrageen was marred by your lack of understanding of wifi, and that you find it necessary to be so personally rude. You may think you know how to work your phone but despite our best efforts of explanation you clearly do not understand the difference between a phone signal and a...

We had a fabulous first camping trip with lovely pitch with fresh spring water tap nearby ; even without the view afforded to some .... A pretty stroll down to Hope Cove takes about 20 minutes or so, where there's a nice beach and places to eat, shop, ice creams etc. Excellent shower facilities and fridge for perishables plus freezers...
