Arrived to a very warm welcome from the camp staff and we were shown to our pitch (93) all weather pitch. You will need rock pegs. Pitches are very spacious. Site meticulously clean as well as the amenities block . Plenty of Large shower cubicles, with motion sensor hot water on one side and toilets and sinks the other. There is also a smaller amenities block on the other side of the site. There are family bathrooms, pot wash in both blocks and a wet suit wash and laundry facilities. The shop/reception has necessities and spares. The fresh cream teas are a treat. There are various food vans of an evening and a breakfast one up by the reception The staff are always about and very helpful and engaging. There is a lovely walk through the woods down to Lee beach which took about 30 mins but the majority is to get anywhere you will need a vehicle. Woolacombe beach is about a 10 min drive and Mortehoe is about 5 min drive. There are no direct footpaths. So many lovely walks and the coastal path. Woolacombe beach is stunning but get there early in school holidays. There are shops and eateries on the beach with wet suit hire and toilets. Saunton beach is lovely, dog friendly with eateries, shop and toilets. An absolutely fantastic site, very family friendly.

We have just spent 5 nights on this campsite and despite the rain really enjoyed it. Camp site is well maintained, excellent dog walking area with picnic benches which also leads on to the coastal path. Showers and toilets excellent and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this site and will definitely be back. Thank you for a nice holiday

Just returned from a weekend stay with my partner at Warcombe Farm. We had a sea view pitch which was just stunning! Very friendly wardens couldn’t do enough for you. They recommended a fab walk to Lee Bay from the end of the dog walking area so that was a great afternoon spent. This site also had a little shop so you could top up on anything, and was only a matter of minutes away from towns and beautiful beaches. Can’t wait to return in the summer with the rest of my family and explore more of the area.
