We booked to stay for February half term, having found the cottages online last year. Firstly, directions are great, the cottages are easy to find and very accessible from the M5, although when you arrive, main roads cannot be seen or heard, and feel very far away! Our cottage, Peter Rabbit, was very well equipped, beds were comfortable and it...

We've just returned home from a three day break at the farm with our one year old and friends. We stayed in Katies corner and it was perfect. From the arrival to scones and local apple juice followed by a dip in the hot tub whilst our son napped.. It was a wonderful break for us all. Oliver adored the...

We have just returned from our second visit to North Hayne, staying over Christmas in Peter Rabbit cottage. The reason I felt compelled to write a review is not just about what a wonderful place it is, but how accommodating we found it for our two young sons who are both on the Autistic Spectrum. As a family we can...

Travelling home from the farm and I cant wait to share how wonderful our Christmas was at North Hayne Farm. From the lovely warm and christmassy cottage, to the luxury of the hot tub and complimentary prosecco, and the magic of the 'Bethlehayne' nativity and 'Farmer Christmas'. This is our fourth visit to the farm which is testament in itself,...

What a fabulous place!! we stayed over the bonfire weekend and were very impressed. The service provided was excellent from the moment of booking right through to the end of our stay. Absolutely everything to make life easy for families had been thought of. We took advantage of the shopping service where Cheryl and Roger unpack your online food shop...

Having enjoyed North Hayne Farm for seven summers, our family decided to fit in an autumn visit too and went on the Bonfire Weekend 2016. The party consisted of Granny, Mum and Dad, Daniel (8), Amy (5) and twins William and Ellie (3) and we stayed in Samuel Whiskers cottage with lovely wood-burning stove. The children thoroughly enjoyed making the...

What a gem of a find for our family holiday with our twin toddlers. From the cosy, practical and wonderful accommodation, to the idyllic setting and the activities for children and adults alike make this a holiday to be remembered. The animal feeding sessions morning and evening along with the donkey rides and other children's activities have been meticulously thought...

I have seen no review on North Hayne Farm that is less than five star - and there is a reason for this - it is excellent. I have nothing but praise for Roger and Cheryl and their family and staff - who work hard and do everything possible to ensure that everyone has a lovely time. We have been...

My wife booked a "surprise" weekend for my 60th birthday and unbeknown to me, our entire close family were there too. 16 family members over four generations. We were one of the first guests when Cheryl and Roger took on the business in 2004, so were thrilled to see all the brilliant changes they have made. C & R are...

How lovely it was to see you all again and especially gratifying that you all wanted to return to Devon to share a very special weekend here. Organising 'secret' breaks are a fabulous challenge for us and I assure you that we loved every minute too! We were so pleased also, to have the opportunity of showing you what had...

Just returned from our week away here, we stayed in the Tom Kitten cottage. Lovely hosts, very welcoming and accommodating, and very patient with the kids!! Cottage was very well equipped, everything you could need for self catering and then some!! Daily animal feeding is lots of fun! Cream teas are delicious! It's also a good base for exploring Combe...
