This is a beautiful home that Nick and Mary are welcoming guest to share. They are a very friendly couple. Our large room was at the front of the house and was well equipped and very pretty. Breakfast is from local produce and the preserves are home made by Nick. The honey is from Mary's bees and was collected while... More

Located just outside South Molton, Devon is this comfortable and clean BandB. Run by Nick and Mary they provide delightful accommodation and a service that is personal and welcoming. With their free-range chickens, providing fresh eggs and the locally sourced produce they provide a very tasty fayre, recognised by awarding bodies. They have a very comfortable guest lounge and dining... More

We stayed one night as a last minute booking but wished it had been longer. Our room was lovely, more boutique hotel than B&B with a king size bed, lovely linen and good shower room and fittings. Breakfast was better than most, strawberries and blueberries, home made jams and eggs from the garden hens. I opted for boiled eggs but... More

Stayed one day whilst we visited The Masons Arms in Knowstone, for our 30th anniversary. The Belvedere had everything we wanted from a b&b. We were warmly welcomed by Nick one of the owners, & shown our room. A spacious high ceiling ensuite with A HUGE super queen size bed. Plenty of storage & hanging space ( should you be... More

My husband and I recently had a short stay at the Belgrave. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious with home made bread. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great B&B just outside South Molton. The owners are very accommodating and excellent hosts! Nothing is too much trouble. The room I had didn't have an en-suite but did have a private bathroom across the hall. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower and bath. The room itself was good, spacious and had everything you need... More

A superb B & B, hotel quality. I stayed for a fortnight and was extremely impressed by the quality and cleanliness of my room and my own bathroom. Nick and Mary the hosts couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Good food: fresh eggs, bread and fruit for breakfast. I can particularly recommend the scrambled eggs and nine out of... Here for two nights, it was a lovely stay. Hosts are very welcoming and quick to recommend local attractions. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Hotel breakfasts are always nice but this went one step further with individual portions of fresh fruit, ample cereals and granola along with your choice of pre ordered cooked items. Homemade bread, jams and... More

“Have only stayed in the one room, which was first class, really clean and well decorated and furnished. My only advice would be to give them a ring so that you have clear directions to the house over the last 200 yards or so, as my Sat Nav was struggling to pinpoint the driveway.I should get a better Sat Nav.”
