Honestly couldn't fault it. Went as part of the Sun promotion holiday and was expecting to get what we paid for but it was above and beyond. The staff were great, there was lots on site for the children and the entertainment staff were fantastic. It was all clean and well kept,

Firstly, you absolutely cannot complain about the price. The week before the school holidays is perfect for anyone with dogs as nearly all the beaches are open and the vast majority of shops and Cafes are still open, if not overly busy.I had some time off work pending a move to

There were flies in the caravan even though the caravan was new and clean. Good amenities, lovely clean park. We were upgraded to a platinum caravan which was a bonus. Caravan was a little far from the club house but fortunate it didn't rain. Laundry, drinks and food was

Hi, We have cots, highchairs and bed guards available to hire and recommend pre-booking to ensure they are reserved for you. There is a charge of £15 per week or short break for cots and highchairs, and £5 per week or short break for bed guards. Cots conform to current EC standards and are suitable for infants up to 12 months. You will need to bring your own bed linen for cots. In caravan Holiday Homes cots will need to be placed in the lounge area although many of our caravans do have a bed which folds away allowing room for a travel cot in one of the twin bedrooms - there is no caravan accommodation where a cot will fit in the master bedroom, simply to do with the size constraint of caravans. Our lodges, apartments, villas, bungalows and farmhouses are larger so a cot will fit in the main bedroom in most of these Holiday Homes. ^kd

Hi, We're sorry to hear you're concerned about your holiday. Review sites like this are really useful, I use them myself, but always remember we have many thousands of families visit our Park each year, about a quarter of them fill in their post-holiday questionnaire giving us detailed scores, and only a handful use review sites. Gold caravans fall into two categories. Our New Wave range of caravans are all up to 2 years old and are our newer models, when introducing this range we also made some changes like bigger fridge-freezers, bigger TVs and a new surf styled interior design. Our standard Gold caravans are between four and six years old, which in the context of other holiday parks means we have one of the youngest fleets around. There is a clear difference in the design, specification and age of our standard and New Wave caravans, which is reflected in the price of the holiday, although all our accommodation is priced to offer value for money regardless of the grade booked. Hope that helps, ^kd

Hi Andy The bar and restaurant areas are for guests staying with us only, or on presentation of a cinema ticket for the same day. ^kd, social media team

Hi Sarah At Woolacombe Bay, our Gold caravans with decking are all "Gold Vista" grade accommodation, you can select a location when you book online and there's a map so you can see where the available plot numbers are. They are all in a row together, although slightly further you go away from the complex, the less sea you might see. However, there's also our New Wave Gold caravans in Surf Village which are all brand new caravans in a brand new development. There is much more space between caravans which are carefully positioned to maximise privacy and the landscaping is outstanding, but as the area is self contained and surrounded by mature trees, the views will be within the area. ^kd
