Cannot fault this B&B! Our room was clean, tidy and provided us with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, including a cooked breakfast and great service from the owners who were so lovely! They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect whilst staying. If we ever need to visit Woolacombe in the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and could easily have stayed longer. We were given a warm welcome by Helen who was helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic breakfast - freshly cooked full English (very filling), toast, cereals, fresh fruit etc. The house is beautifully furnished, many rooms gave a 'seaside' theme and is very clean. We stayed in Lundy which... More

Beautiful rooms, a fantastic breakfast and a warm welcome, who could ask for more! Mind you, if you wanted more, the ensuite bathroom was nothing short of spectacular! A great way to end our stay in Woolacome. :-)

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights this August. As soon as we were warmly welcomed by Carol, we knew we had made the right choice. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate from the entrance hall throughout to the dining/breakfast area. We booked the 'Lundy Room' and it was well worth it. Again it was beautifully presented... More

My wife treated us to a week's stay at Greenacres B&B for my 30th birthday. She chose the Lundy room with its magnificent en-suite! The property had a very picturesque setting and offered fantastic views both from our room and the breakfast table. Our hosts, Colin and Carol, were very welcoming and a pleasure to chat to each morning. Breakfast... More

We knew Woolacombe in past excursions, as an area with an outstandingly long sandy beach, a location we have passed through on walking holidays and a place where you can get away from the ‘maddening crowd’ if that’s what you are looking for? There are plenty of car parks some more expensive than others. If you don’t mind a walk... More

Colin and Carol were very accommodating, particularly when we arriving much later than we had said due to traffic. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile. We were told up front the breakfast times, which we didn't find a problem but I am sure if we had said it was they would have done their... More

This is a very nice B&B - friendly owners, very high standard of room decoration, fittings and comfort, parking and lovely views. Our only issue was the very limited window when breakfast was served. 8:30 until 9:00 am is too short - and in our opinion too early for a weekend break. Therefore we didn't eat breakfast at all in... More
