The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views, has beautiful rooms. The breakfast was always delicious and promptly served. The staff (Slovakian couple) was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Tim, the owner was very kind and helped to carry our suitcases up the stairs. And the location is just perfect! It was the best choice at all. Thank you...

A lovely small hotel with fantastic sea views. We stayed in the Punchbowl room for a couple of nights - the balcony and views were amazing, the breakfast and hospitality was great and we would definitely stay there again. A short stroll to the coast path and beaches. Thank you for a lovely break!

Very clean and friendly staff, we had a great time. This is our 2nd time back and we will back again next year. Tim and his team are always welcoming and very helpful. Whenever we had any problems they were definitely walked the extra mile. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, it is in a beautiful location with excellent walking on the doorstep and surfing five minutes drive down the road. The rooms are modern and clean, most with superb sea views. The staff are cheerful and helpful. I will be returning next year.

Stayed here for four days around a month ago at the start of the great August weather. I liked the hotel - it's a bit quirky for some people but I probably am too. The bedroom was a little on the small side and strangely, the bathroom was on the large side. Both rooms were very clean and nicely decorated....

The Lundy House has great views over looking the sea and right on the Coastal Path so fantastic for walking. Situated midway between Morthoe (uphill) and Woolacombe (Downhill) it is in great location. Our room Pondsbury over looked the sea and was large but could have done with a table for writing & computer work. The Breakfast was very good...

No need to use car as beaches and coast path very close. Rooms with seaview and balcony worth paying a little extra for. Rooms are very clean, breakfast very good and Tim and staff...
