My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in August. Great family site especially for our first camping experience. Great location for everything, close to the beach on site and great for surrounding beaches. Great facilities, clean and plenty of them. Good on site shop and the swimming pool was very good. The evening entertainment was very good, our... More

First time visitors at October Half Term 2016. Booked on the back of previous fab reviews. Would def go again. Nowhere is too far from the on site leisure facilities and sie has a fab private beach. Also, a real bonus was being allowed to park 2 cars next to caravan. Deluxe caravan cleaned and equipped to a high standard. Slightly... More

We have been with our family of 5 several times. We have always been pleased. Out kids are 11, 10 and 2 years old. The older ones are happy to go off and play. The park is good for the littlest. The swimming pool suits all. We usually use the on site bowling alley as a bit of a special... More

The mini water park is brilliant for children under ten, the water is shallow and the pool floors are padded, the water temperature is just right for children and babies. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is perfect for a family afternoon out. The only negative thing is the bar/cafe the staff working there are absolutely awful. So... More

This is the second visit to Freshwater and we will book again for Easter. The main plus points for me are the location, amazing dog walks along beach and cliffs and you can hear the surf from where our touring caravan was parked. Amazingly clean facilities both on the campsite and entertainment complex and friendly staff. And a gym! Main... More

Really have very few criticisms of this place. The location is, naturally, superb. As for the accommodation, the static 'vans are great - we have a few little niggles, but they are regularly refreshed/replaced as the year's go by. Beds aren't great, but otherwise very, very comfortable accommodations whatever the weather. Staff - reception, maintenance and cleaning - all do... More

Stayed here for one night in a campervan. It's great for kids as the swimming pool gives you something to do if it rains. We ate in the bar which was ok but quite pricey and a distinct lack of veg on any kids meal. Horrible sausages that were the type you get from a cheap chippy. The best thing... More

Great place to go to for all the family. Great location, great private beach and great club for the kids. It even has its own bowling centre!! Only improvement would be the food at the bar! The foods ok but could be improved with fresh food and not so much fried.
